The Outlook was tucked around the corner, a short walk from the car park and through the area where boats are kept (trailing leads and moving machinery). Nice view of the marina and boats but too much of an office feel for my liking. Not much seating indoors and tables angled so someone has to sit with their back to the view (instead of tables being side on). Reasonable prices and a decent enough coffee. Clean toilets. Beautiful spot, walking around in the early mornings, clean, tidy, well set up for everything you would need for sailing, everyone is friendly & happy to help, answered questions for an inquisitive tween about the repairs to some yachts. Thanks Ipswich x @our_ex_london_bus

The Marina is undergoing major works at the present. The popularity score might improve but we shall see.
