Silk Scarf Painting for all Levels.

Description

Create a beautiful silk scarf with a unique personalised design. Learn how to outline and draw using cold wax and then how to apply steam set dyes. You will be learning the traditional  Serti technique and a variety of painting techniques. We will be using a narrow summer weight Ponge silk scarf which has hand-rolled edges. The day will begin with an introductory sample piece before progressing onto the full-size scarf. The day package includes all materials, refreshments,  a light lunch and the cost of posting you your scarf once it has been steam set. You will enjoy learning in a peaceful setting in my garden studio, The small groups ensure that you pick up the skills quickly with expert guidance.
