Our blended Programmes are delivered through webinars, one-to-one online mentoring and e-learning. You work at your own pace and our highly experienced tutors help you to adapt and apply the knowledge to your own workplace experience. The Programme can also be delivered to groups of people in person at your own workplace. On successful completion, you gain an ILM Award in Leadership & Management. Completion normally takes between 2 - 5 months.
