I am Janine and I am a qualified meditation and mindfulness teacher. I am an experienced practitioner and facilitator and I work in the private, corporate and charity sectors. I have taught people in all walks of life from company directors to the homeless. I teach all over the UK and did my teacher training with Zenways, which is an IMTA (International MINDFULNESS Teachers Association) accredited school.

PHOENIX POTTERY - FORMERLY ENDFIELD FARM POTTERY now relocated to Phoenix House, in Golborne, Cheshire. Our creative space in our purposefully designed studios in Golborne nr Warrington offers Pottery classes, Art/ Crafts Workshops and Mindfulness sessions ( Pottery and creativity for Health and well-being ) plus Aternative Ceramic Firing such as Raku and saggar firing. We also provide fully equipped studio space for supported sessions. This enables those with previous handbuilding experiece to work independently on their own projects with a technician/ teacher on hand for  technical / glazing advice / support.  Our studio can be hired for running your own ceramics / Art/  Craft Workshops. We can also arrange private individual/ group bookings.  The purposefully designed space is comfortable and warm with heating, Alexa and wifi, with a nurturing and creative atmosphere.   With easy access from the M6, M62, M58 and M56 motorway networks. approx 20 miles from Manchester and Liverpool.  WE ARE DELIGHTED THAT OUR NEW PREMISES ARE FULLY ACCESSIBLE, OFFERING  EASY ACCESS AND DISABLED TOILET FACILITIES.

Mindful Mamma is the original one day Mindful Hypnobirthing™ class in the UK and has been running since 2008. It accompanies the best selling book ‘Mindful Hypnobirthing‘. This is no ordinary hypnobirthing class, it’s about your mindset and your partners mindset. We focus our teaching on how your thoughts, and your partners thoughts and actions, can affect your body during pregnancy and labour. By including practical hypnobirthing and mindfulness techniques as well as enhanced understanding of the psychology of birth we teach you as a couple what you need to know if you want to feel really prepared for your baby’s birth.
