At R&M Fine Chocolate we create a wide range of products 100% handmade full of LOVE, using natural ingredients only and no preservatives. We use our own self developed recipes. We are running a wide range of chocolate activities – Gifts boxes, chocolate parties, birthdays, Hen parties, workshops, courses and classes. We adapt our products and workshops to the occasion, season and of course the customer’s request. Our goal is to spread the wonders of chocolate all around us. Our products are Kosher under the supervision of Manchester Beth Din.

Kathryn Laverack is a Certified Chocolate Educator and International Chocolate Judge who founded Cocoa Encounters to share her passion for fine chocolate. Kathryn is qualified to Level 3 in Chocolate Tasting with the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (IICCT)  and is also a teacher on their introductory and Level 1 course and is the Level 2 Course Lead.  Through Cocoa Encounters, Kathryn individual and group tutoring, workshops and tasting experiences and will soon be launching an Introduction to Fine Chocolate on demand online course.  For primary schools, curriculum-based workshops are available for schools in Lincolnshire.
