3 Courses

The IICCT Combined Level 1 and Level 2 course takes you directly through to Intermediate level in a concentrated four-day workshop course. Taught in-person by a teaching team led by IICCT Teacher, Chocolate Educator and International Chocolate Judge Kathryn Laverack with a half a day taught at the micro-batch chocolate factory with Duffy Sheardown at Duffy's Chocolate.

IICCT Level 1 Chocolate Tasting is a certified course. It lays the sensory foundation for your journey as a Chocolate Taster, introduces chocolate making in the fine and craft chocolate world, and takes you through where cacao comes from and how it is produced. The course and teaching will we led by IICCT Teacher, Chocolate Educator and International Chocolate Judge Kathryn Laverack in her home town of Louth in Lincolnshire, within driving distance of the UK's first micro-batch chocolate maker Duffy's Chocolate.

Progress your chocolate tasting skills with the IICCT Level 2 in Chocolate Tasting. The course is held over an intense three days and provides fuller understanding of fine chocolate and its flavour possibilities.
