This full day workshop is designed to follow on and build on the learning from the 1-hour webinar to provide an embedded learning experience leading to acceptance and change of culture around neurodiversity. We understand the pressure managers can experience working within a neurodiverse team, this training is designed with managers in mind.

This half-day workshop delivered face-to-face or online is designed for anyone in your organisation that wants to become a Neurodiversity Champion - someone who wants to educate and change the way that Neurodiversity is viewed in the workplace.

The aim of this 1-hour session is to increase your understanding of neurodiversity and to learn how to properly support neurodiverse individuals in the workplace and more importantly help to unlock their huge potential.

Simply speaking, Life Coaching is about raising awareness of how we can move from A to B. Sometimes we don't know what place B is, and we can use Coaching to gain clarity on what B looks and feels like. Life Coaching is non-directive, which means as a Coach, I help you to unlock your potential rather than tell you what to do. The experience creates a space for accountability and motivation to take positive action. ​ My role as your Holistic Coach is to provide you with a safe space for you to ground, explore & embrace your emotions, claim your personal power to design & live your dream life.

Trauma Informed Practice in Education is a research evidence based whole school systems approach that starts with you. Improved attendance, improved learning outcomes, reduced suspensions and exclusions and better staff recruitment, retention and wellbeing all begin from a place of understanding child development, the impact of adversity on child development and the role of us as educators in supporting opportunities for growth and resilience. Systems change takes teamwork, however the most important member of that team is you. On this Trauma Informed Practice Day you will learn the why and how to keep you well and resourced in order to support the emotional and academic progress of the children in your school. You may already have some knowledge or you may be coming as a complete novice. Either and anything in between is fine. Numbers are limited to keep the group small for the benefit of more enriched learning. On this practice day you will; • Take a deep learning dive into the nervous system and how this applies to you, your setting and the progress of your learners. • Learn practical skills and strategies to support yourself and others. • Have opportunities to discuss children you are working with through small group supervision sessions • Benefit from a day of immersion into the topic with two highly qualified and experienced practitioners.
