My Name is Monika Bammi and I am the proud owner of this business. Since I was a child I have always had a passion for helping people, I would help the kids in the street and elderly people where I lived and then when I grew up and married I studied and practised Reiki on people with the hope and prayer that the Universe would work its unimaginable power through me for the good of all. I studied reiki in India as well as in the U.K. over twenty years ago. Fast forward to present day and I’m now in a profession that does exactly what I have always hoped for. I have been blessed with the opportunity to pass on the healing and my life experience in helping others, to overcome their problems and issues and find the work-life balance that we have been searching for years. My Reiki and healing centre is based in Saks within the David Lloyd leisure centre in Moortown, Leeds. I am glad to say I have had many glowing referrals from people who have benefitted from this mysterious healing. I have had clients both rich and famous (no names) and I have had non-believers, all have felt the benefits and it has gone on to change their lives for the better. As well as Reiki, I do other treatments such as Life Coaching, NLP, Hopi Ear candles, Massage, Reflexology, Indian head massage. Teach Perfect was founded in 2016 to provide high quality, affordable educational support for students at every stage of the standard national curriculum. Our goal is simple – we want children to reach higher, maximising their talents to achieve the best start in life. The workplace is increasingly selective and every student needs to be ready to compete for the roles they want in life. Our founder, Sarah Eden-Ellis, is a passionate and driven teacher. Her discipline is English and she has had a long career as Head of English in Ofsted-rated outstanding schools and academies. She is also an expert examiner for Edexcel marking Key Stage 2 SAT papers, for AQA marking the new GCSE specifications in English and for Edexcel marking English Language IGCSE papers. She is a Specialist Leader of Education in the Poole area, providing coaching support for English departments in other secondary schools. Her own teaching standards have been rated as outstanding. Sarah is supported by a professional team who also have the same drive to enable students to achieve beyond their own expectations. As Teach Perfect matures, we will add more subjects to our learning programme and more teaching professionals will join us. ’m Kerry Watson, a psychotherapist, coach, mum, and wife. I support people who are having difficulties in their lives due to anxiety and stress through 1:1 therapy sessions and coaching programmes. I also teach people how to heal themselves and look after their mental wellbeing. I live in Dunfermline, Fife and work UK wide offering in person and online therapy sessions. I hold a Degree in Psychology and am working towards a MSc in Forensic Psychology. I’ve been immersed in self development for over 9 years- learning Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Eye Movement Therapy, Holistic Wellbeing, Shadow work, Hypnotherapy and more. I am a passionate advocate for mental wellbeing and have been involved in various academic research projects around the topic of military/veteran mental health. In 2018, I was awarded a research internship where I designed and conducted research into "Understanding Military Spouse/Partners Support Needs and Online help seeking strategies". In 2019 I completed the research project "A thematic analysis of the barriers and facilitators which impact Veterans willingness to engage in mental health support services". Both of these projects involved investigating areas of mental health experiences, stigma and toxic masculinity. I hope to publish both of these research papers in the future. Although I do not follow a particular religion, I resonate well with Humanism. Working on my own personal development and wellbeing for over 9 years, I recognise the importance of emotional wellbeing, and this is a key aspect of the way that I work.

After the winter season we move up to Canada and teach on the beautiful Nitinat Lake located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. 1-ON-1 PRIVATE LESSONS If you are serious about learning how to kiteboard then this is the way to go. Once your ground training is done it will be just your and your instructor armed with a seadoo, right next to you and ready to help. Best instruction and safest lessons that are available. WATERCRAFT ASSISTED Your IKO Certified Instructor will be coaching you, re-assuring you and keeping you safe all while being close enough to talk to you. You will get immediate feedback for optimal learning as well as boosted confidence with your instructor being your eyes and ears as you get better.
