The Premspec Group has seen tremendous growth in the industry since its inception in 2012. Our factory has established itself as a leading manufacturer of British wiring accessories. We give each item within the Premspec group product divisions a duty of care and a level of detail that the industry deserves. This ensures that our incredibly high standards in quality are sustained throughout the entire range. A testimony to this is the Intertek certification that is held by every item that we manufacture here at the Premspec group. This means that our products have met the criteria of the highest and most respected testing organisation available. At PGL we have a multitude of brands that are all run independently with their own dedicated staff and focus. Two of whom are considered among the market's best available products. Ascot Heating, a now well-established brand within the renewable heating market, has seen awards and accreditations in the last few years that its competitors do not. Whilst Verso has gone to new heights thanks to its incredible forward-thinking approach to the traditional domestic electrical market. Focusing on installation features and safety, placed a range of circuit protection and wiring accessories within the market that had previously been subject to cheap and under-engineered alternatives.

Giving is part of the fabric of our community at TSP and what makes our school so special. Our staff give their time and expertise to create a memorable education for our children, and the children give so much energy and enthusiasm to their work. We would also like to invite members of the wider TSP community to give time, talent or treasure, however they can, in support of our school to make a direct difference to our children’s lives. Recent projects that have been supported / funded include: · Contributing to the refurbishment of the Hall through purchasing a new projector and speakers · Improving year 3 and 4 classrooms · Sourcing new ICT equipment · Extra workshops to further enhance the school’s curriculum The school’s current focus is on: · enhancing the Year 1 playground area. This small, contained area is very tired and in need of some improvements to create a stimulating, engaging space for play. Your contributions will make a difference every day for the children who pass through year 1 each year. · improving the Key Stage 1 playground which is a thoroughfare for the school and is also used as the play area for Clubhouse, our wrap around care service. · Following the refurbishment of the school hall which has improved central space for the children to use throughout the day, to now also upgrade the sound and lighting equipment which would further enhance our school performances and workshops. We aim to raise a minimum of £5,000 each academic year to support projects such as these – the more we can raise, the sooner our children can benefit. Hi, I’m Sarah A passionate and engaged yoga teacher, founder of “At Home with Sarah” & co-host of the podcast “Kitchen Club”. I accidentally fell in love with the yoga practice 10 years ago, whilst at University, as a way to land and ground myself daily into how I was feeling, letting myself very honestly check in. At age 24 I was diagnosed with PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome which massively transformed my lifestyle and began my journey into taking care of my body as a whole and living more mindfully. I now teach yoga online on my members platform, in London, & globally on retreats. I am constantly reminded by the beauty & connectivity of the yoga practice & the ability to build community no matter where you are. I also continue to play “student” to the yoga practice and am constantly learning myself. I am a 400 hour Yoga Alliance qualified yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa flow, slow flow & meditation. Coming from a very ‘inflexible’ background, I absolutely adore the way yoga allows me to celebrate my body for what it is and not what’s expected of it. I teach a strong yet soft and playful vinyasa flow with an emphasis on the importance of moving with breath and intention. In all of my classes, I encourage my students to find a personal practice in each class and to strive towards moving in a way that feels good rather than looks good. My light hearted humor allows for a bright energy in the class and my classes are always welcome to all levels of yogi, from complete beginner to experienced. I welcome all levels of yogis to my classes, from beginner to advanced; everyone is welcome.

I am a mindfulness and yoga teacher with over 15 years’ experience working in facilitation, personal development, training design and delivery, coaching and wellbeing. I teach yoga, mindfulness and stress management techniques to help people thrive, especially when life is complex and demanding. My passion is helping people live happy and fulfilling lives, do what they love, and make a difference in the world. We all face challenges in a fast-paced world. I work to create moments of stillness and connection that allow you space to breathe and just be. From this place you are free to think clearly and get your life working in the way you want. Whether working with individuals, groups or corporate clients, compassion is at the heart of what I do. I believe that self-care can be a radical act that transforms our relationship to the world and our place within it, through nurture, rest and deep healing. I know that profound change can happen kindly, through thoughtful enquiry and values-based action. My work is grounded in the integrity of many years of personal practice, study and experience. This in turn supports the values-driven foundation for my work in social and educational inclusion, with a particular focus on equality and inclusion in higher education. I also have experience in facilitating learning across a wide range of settings including schools, universities and workplaces.
