Join us for an interactive food workshop giving practical advice and support for the body’s transition during peri-menopause and menopause. We will discuss menopause-related nutrition, focus on foods rich in calcium and vitamin D to support bone health, and emphasise the food groups that ensure a high intake of vitamins, minerals, and fibre We will also look at how to include whole grains to promote heart health, which is particularly important as the risk of heart disease increases after menopause and discuss the benefits of soy and soy products, as they contain phytoestrogens, which may help balance hormones. We will have a cooking demonstration as part of the workshop, discuss meal planning and have a Q&A with our nutrition expert At the end of the cooking session we will eat together as a group This event includes sample recipes and a free meal kit to cook at home. £5 per ticket

If you love abstract art and texture then this workshop is for you! You will learn how to mix and blend from a variety of materials from natural stone to plastic beads, stained glass to broken china. What to expect You will be shown how to prepare the base, mix your own adhesive and combine your materials using a range of techniques to create interest and texture. Who is this for? Suitable for beginners, however, those with some mosaic experience are also welcome to join. This is a step by step digital workshop that will be sent directly to your inbox for you to keep forever. All my workshops are suitable for beginners and the more experienced artist. I have 25 years experience delivering workshops to all ages and abilities. I use raku sculpture clay and finish with oxides but any clay can be used including air dry clay for people who do not have a kiln. An info sheet will be sent out with this workshop with a list of recommended tools and where you can purchase.

The Savile Row Academy Advanced Course in Bespoke Tailoring and Cutting starts each September. The course is a modular programme of advanced study modules including; pattern drafting, cloth cutting, fitting and remarking; Waistcoat making; Trouser making; Coat making. Students will complete one three-piece suit and successful trainees will be awarded a Bespoke Tailor’s Certificate.

This workshop is designed to give those who have to give bad news and broach difficult conversations increased confidence. Participants will leave the workshop with the tools and techniques to prepare for a difficult conversation and ensure that they are supporting patients and relatives through a stressful time in their lives.
