B-inspired Training & Consultants are based in the North West of England. Our training and consultancy services are provided by a range of qualified, experienced specialist practitioners. Our ARC model has previously been accredited by BILD since 2017, and more recently achieved Restraint Reduction Network Approved Certification status through the British Institute of Learning Disabilities – Association of Certified Training (BILD ACT) in March 2020, therefore fully complying with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards 2020. Our aim is to offer personalised support to each learner to develop confidence and competence in their role, enabling them to empower the people they support in a positive way. We promote positive attitudes and values that are consistent with ‘social inclusion’ and Positive Behavioural Support Principles (PBSP). B-inspired aims to support staff working in Health & Social Care and Educational settings to develop skills and knowledge in relation to supporting children and adults who have complex support needs associated with Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Dementia, Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health. B-Inspired offers learners and their employers the support and reassurance necessary to protect themselves in a safe and appropriate manner in the workplace. We encourage learners and their employers to evaluate challenging situations with consideration to ethical and legal frameworks. Our training places a strong emphasis on Positive Behaviour Support and the principles of ‘proactive support’, ‘least restrictive’, and ‘last resort’ strategies.

Hello there My name is Brian Donnelly and welcome to Orbis, a multi-award winning service. I offer bespoke support and guidance to help create environments where children and young people can thrive. Through a values-based approach to relationships and behaviour, I build confidence, knowledge, and skills in adults and in children and young people. I do not offer a fixed package but instead work in partnership to meet your needs. Each partner gets a service based on their needs at the time and their priorities. For some this is training, for others it is 1-2-1 support and coaching for staff, pupils or families. For others it is policy development and implementation or consultation. I offer a diverse range of services that reflect my experience leading and developing services in Scotland. I am a well known figure in anti-bullying in Scotland and across the UK having been the strategic lead for Scotland for 10 years as Director fo respectme, from 2007 till 2017. I have a considerable amount of expertise in both Anti-Bullying and in helping adults develop and implement approaches to challenging and distressing behaviour. We are an OFSTED regulated Nursery and Primary School. We deliver the EYFS (Early Learning Foundation Stage) and the basic understanding of an Islamic curriculum to your child. Here at Darul Madinah we actively promote working together with the parents/carers of the children within our care. You are the most important people in your child's life and only by working together can we ensure that your children will achieve and develop to their full potential whilst having lots of fun and adventures during their time with us. Our provision is for 2 - 4 year olds and presently we can cater for up to a total of 68 children. We provide two different sessions where the parents can choose the most appropriate time for their child. The morning session runs from 9:00am to 12:00pm, while the afternoon session runs from 12:45pm to 3:45pm. In addition to the morning or afternoon sessions, we can also provide full day sessions for working parents. We can accomodate admissions throughout the year (Autumn, Spring & Summer). Children usually joining the term after their second or third birthday. All our staff are fully trained and experienced. Most of our children from early years usually progress to our Primary school. We recruit for our primary school throughout the year.

I love welcoming new people to our classes and also totally appreciate that many of you have worked out with us for many, many years, thank you, I appreciate your continued commitment and loyalty. I’m supportive, enthusiastic, encouraging, experienced and care that you achieve your best in each unique workout to the best of your ability. With commitment, you’ll see improvement and results and have fun along the way with us too. I’ll demonstrate and encourage you to take easier or more challenging options and variations of exercises and stretches so that you can get the best out of each workout and session. Each class is unique and fresh and I know we’re all unique, individual and have different abilities when it comes to our fitness, health and lifestyles. When you join us, you’ll be encouraged to ease into exercise for a while (if you’re a beginner) then build on strength, flexibility, fitness and confidence and I’m sure you’ll see a difference in just a few short weeks.
