ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management – 9 day Accredited training course delivered in Nottingham A course for supervisors and junior managers which brings tangible benefits to the participants and to their organisations through applying the concepts taught at each stage directly to the work environment. The course is assessed in a practical manner through work based assignments for which tutorial guidance is supplied. ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management – 9 day Accredited training course delivered in Nottingham A 7 day course delivered over 5 months – one day each 3 weeks or thereabouts. Combination of fully interactive, tutor led online training and traditional face to face at our purpose designed training centre in Nottinghamshire. The Level 5 is the industry standard which most corporate organisations, or professional associations would look for to establish credibility as a “qualified” coach. Participants on the programme, and those who attain the qualification will be entitled to a 25% off membership of the EMCC “European Coaching and Mentoring Council” Membership, the leading association in the field of Coaching and Mentoring. ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills – 4 day Accredited training course delivered in Nottingham This course is suitable for both established team leaders and those who find themselves newly promoted into a team leader role and is designed to help navigate the issues related to managing and co-ordinating the work of small teams. It covers all of the core elements required to build confidence when managing others including how to set and manage goals for individuals and teams, communicate effectively, give timely feedback in the right way and create conditions for productive working.

Level 3 Award in Education and Training AET Course is designed to give people the knowledge and confidence to teach adult in any specialty subject area. Learn More Academy has been delivering the Level 3 (12 Credits) Award in Education and Training AET formerly known (PTLLS) qualification. Level 3 AET course is designed to contribute towards the knowledge and understanding for Further Education National Training Organisation (FENTO) or the Employment National Training Organisation (EMPNTO) occupational standards in the United Kingdom.
