The Fewer Things was founded in 2017 by Jaemi Lennon, after a trip to Japan in 2015, which changed the course of his life and was the catalyst to start teaching abroad himself, Jaemi spent 3 years abroad and then began building The Fewer Things. The main motivation for the The Fewer Things is to give easy access to the 'teaching abroad' life for everyone. We do this by working with well established education organisations, each school is vetted thoroughly in all locations as well working with the local authorities to assure all placements are legal and safe.

We are a registered charity working to foster earth building in all its diversity. In Lingala, a common language in Congo, EBUKI means 'I work, I dance'; we like that ... Where we started EBUKI started with a meeting, in 2007, of people and organisations interested in increasing and normalising earth in construction. To make earth building normal requires more research, more teaching and training, more standards, more assessment, more information, more networking, more built examples, more experienced professionals, in other words more of lots of different activities! So, we agreed that an organisation, which fostered the use of earth as a building material in all its forms was essential. We have had a great deal of success and continue to grow our organisation from strength to strength. Our Holiday Camps are a great opportunity for your child to recieve professional coaching from FA Qualified Coaches. Most notably, it's a fantastic chance to keep your child active, enjoying football and learning during the half term periods. We offer a 3 day courses with Outdoor and Indoor Facilities. The best thing is - it's ONLY £14 PER DAY! These will run from 9am-3pm. Payments will be accepted on the day(walk-ins) It is important for us to have bookings as early as possible so we can base our sessions/activites/games and days around it. What should you bring with you? Suitable clothing for football (including appropriate footwear) Warm and waterproof clothing in case of bad weather Football boots and shin pads Moulded football boots for hard ground Sun block and a sun hat Full packed lunch and lots to drink All coaches are CRB checked and hold FA coaching qualifications. Qualified first aiders will be present at all times throughout the course. Children will have regular breaks for water, snacks and lunch. The FPFA has full public liability insurance. Anti-Bullying Policy We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our members so they can participate in football in a relaxed and secure atmosphere. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable at the FPFA. If bullying does occur, all FPFA members or parents should know that all incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively.
