Flexible and online learning schedule.Education Inspires Change LD Training was established as an Independent Training Provider within the further education sector in 2009, offering bespoke vocational learning to adult learners helping both individuals and organisations fulfil their potential through nationally accredited training programmes/qualifications, with our Head Office based in Edgware and now Stanmore. LD Training provides access education qualification opportunities within a flexible delivery model that enables students to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their professional goals, improve the productivity of their organisations and provide leadership and service to their communities, as stated within the mission of the organisation. Over the past 12 years, LD Training has successfully delivered over 12000 qualifications, across various sectors including; business; management; health and social care; early years; education; hospitality; retail; construction and functional skills, from Entry level through to Level 5 and specialises in providing education to hard to reach communities. Having become a well-established organisation in the Government funded training sector, LD Training diversified into tertiary education in 2019 in order to strengthen its portfolio and to provide ongoing career progression opportunities for our alumni. In this regard, LDT secured a collaborative partnership agreement with Leeds Trinity University to offer a BA (Hons) Business and Management with a Foundation Year in Business from September 2019 at our campuses in London (Stanmore), Dudley and Nottingham. Following the successful delivery of our Leeds Trinity Partnership, we were successful in our approach to the University of Suffolk for a second collaborative partnership in order to provide our students with a greater choice of education pathway utilising a Foundation Year. LD Training (LDT) firmly believe in lifelong learning, and that everyone should have the opportunity to further their education, chase their dreams and be given a supportive and accommodating environment in which to flourish. As such we believe offering the opportunity to access higher education via a student focused and flexible delivery method to our students and the wider community provides the opportunity of continued education to all, no matter of their background. Our vision will always be driven by our commitment to quality and dedication to provide our students with a rounded student experience, gaining an academic qualification, along with exceptional employability skills and continued self-development. LD Training has a discernible and distinctive educational philosophy which is atypical of many private sector educational providers. Student/Learner satisfaction and success, widening access to education and training and investment in our staff are three distinctive features of the LDT philosophy.

The Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy evolved from the Lifestream Centre for Psychotherapy, which was founded by Bob Cooke TSTA in September 1987. Bob Cooke was interested in the idea of creating a Therapy centre in south Manchester and saw it as a place where people could come, knowing that they would be attended by skilled Therapists and treated with high regard and with confidence in safety and confidentially. At that time the staff consisted of two full time Therapists, Bob Cooke and June Brereton, and several other part time Therapists. It was through the establishment of this centre in 1987 ,that the Institute has its roots and subsequently its standard of Excellence it is today. Our Beliefs We have a fundamental belief that those who are personally motivated and willing to change will do so, and in so doing inspire the growth of others. Whilst on this path of self-development those who change will enhance the development of their environment. For those working and training at the Institute, personal Therapy and Supervision are a basic requirement, thus ensuring a clear and safe environment for all clients in attendance.

The Institute of Psychosynthesis has trained Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Coaches for almost 50 years within a unique psychospiritual Psychosynthesis framework and within the context of Serving Humanity in Transition, as we stand before great change. We have been validated since 1996 by our partner Middlesex University for our MA programmes. The pandemic caused us and many others to re-think how to deliver our training, to be creative in delivering what we know worked as an in person training, in a new and equally captivating and evocative way online. Our experience during the pandemic was key to the creation of our new Distance learning validation for our MA Programmes in Psychosynthesis Psychology as well as in Psychosynthesis Leadership and Organisational Coaching. And there is no requirement for an undergraduate degree to join our MA programmes as we assess suitability on life experience and an ability to self-reflect. Inner Flame is a local Swindon-based Charity running programmes for young people who find themselves at a disadvantage in Swindon and Wiltshire. The organisation was founded by David Wreathall in 2008. The passion is to give young people the tools and mindset to thrive in their future lives. Our programmes are based around experiential learning; challenging the young people and inspiring them to grab life and run with it. We are probably best known for the Prince’s Trust Team Programme, which is a 12-week full time employability and self-development programme. It’s an incredible programme and can genuinely be life-changing. We have also developed our own Mental Health Programme: Manage Anxiety Your Way. We created this in response to the increased need (even before the Pandemic) for mental health support for young people. This programme is proving to meet a need and the feedback about the impact on young people is powerful. Around these programmes we run shorter programmes to create a full progression route for young people. Success is measured by hard outcomes, such as young people progressing to the workplace, but also by soft outcomes; such as increased resilience, motivation and development of goals and aspirations. At Inner Flame we always start with the individual. Many young people who come through our doors have low self esteem and feel their lives have little value. We show them that they can achieve and help them start their journey.
