ESAG is a registered non-profit organization and operates under the statutes governing such organizations' activities in the European Union law. The key values of ESAG include: Structured Knowledge Distribution ESAG aims to promote, expand and improve at a Europe-wide and worldwide level education related to, and exercising of, aesthetic gynecology, especially female cosmetic surgery. Targeted Medical Innovation ESAG intends to facilitate and enable its members to implement cutting-edge aesthetic gynecology techniques, improving and replacing traditional scientific techniques where there is merit in doing so, with a focus on reconstructive and aesthetic surgery of the labia and outer female genitals. Medical Education ESAG intends to provide and promote modern techniques related to the field of aesthetic gynecology in educational sessions or courses or similar events aimed at medical practitioners in Europe and beyond, who wish to expand their scientific knowledge of given subjects. Charitable Action ESAG intends to provide relief, via consultation meetings, pro bono advice sessions, and pro bono reconstructive surgery treatments, to challenged patient groups who may benefit from the organization’s expertise – These may include sexual assault victims, patients subjected to operations by force, et al.

Who are we? We are Revved Up. We provide paid work experience for young people from L8 and the surrounding areas to prevent them from being involved in serious organised crime. What do we do? Young, disadvantaged people who are at risk are given opportunities to recruit for and co-facilitate youth projects, events and community consultations. During their time with us, young people are given the opportunity to join our list of members, contribute to/learn the operations/ day-to-day running of our community business, they are all also given personal development programmes, 1:1 coaching and mentoring, social prescribing and business start-up advice. We have regular staff trips and excursions to come up with ideas and celebrate recent successes, these are all chosen by the young people. Our community business originates from another organisation called This Is My Story Limited (TIMS). Over 5 years ago TIMS was founded by Phillip Taylor (1957-2021) Adam Taylor, Sophie Middleman, Mike Hobbs and Deborah Fitzsimmons. The purpose of this organisation was to work with disadvantaged young people involved in crime, drug activity, addiction and those who had severe mental health problems. Adam and his family have spent most of their lives in Toxteth L8 Liverpool and it is one of the most disadvantaged areas in the country. The majority of the work that TIMS did was in Toxteth working with young people (all of whom were referred by word of mouth) that needed help in one of these areas. When TIMS was 2 years old, our founder (Adam Taylor) noticed that the young people he was working with through TIMS expressed a desire to follow in his footsteps and decided to try and make that happen, that is when he started Revved Up Limited.

With three years experience working as a PTI in the Army Gavin decided to further his career in civilian street back home in Manchester. Over the past eleven years as well as Personal Training, Gavin has been working as a Fitness Manager and Operations Manger for a large health club, and later major national fitness organisation. He has also qualified as an instructor in a number of disciplines Boxercise, Core Stability, Spin and FA Level 1 & 2 Football Coach.
