We have a range of clubs, sports and wellbeing activities, social groups and hold regular village events in the hall that has served the community for almost 100 years. I work as a wellbeing coach and specialist autism support worker guiding, supporting and empowering the people I work with to live the best lives they can. I aim to be a a catalyst in individuals transformation, ushering souls towards their fullest potential and most authentic and integrated versions of self. I believe that every person has the potential to actualise a life with wellbeing, purpose and deep meaning at the forefront; with the right resources, support and self-belief anything is possible. My Integrative Wellbeing Coaching approach comes from a belief that a holistic approach to wellbeing through combining physical, emotional and spiritual well-being is vital to improved long-term wellbeing. I am a 500hr qualified yoga and meditation instructor, with a passion for spirituality and related practices. I have worked in various settings that inform how I work. My work with the charity S.A.N.E on a mental health helpline and W.I.S.H (women in secure hospitals) gave me a deep understanding of lived experiences of mental health. My time in various community settings both in youth and adult services offering support and wellbeing services, has developed my awareness of the factors from our childhood and youth as well as socio-economic and environmental factors that inform the adults we become. In recent year my interest has been in working with individuals and groups to get deeper into the work of creating transformation in their hearts and lives. My practice is informed by my own journey through mental health challenges and addiction recovery. Its my lived experience that gives me a genuine compassion, directness and approachability. Alongside my wellbeing work I work as a Specialist Autism Support Worker with the National Autistic Society. I am passionate about working with the unique strengths and challenges of neuro-diversity, having pursued a late diagnosis of ASD myself in 2017.

Hi, I’m Angharad and I live in Hull with my husband Paul, our two boys Caden and Colby and dog Phoebe. Since having my sons, I longed for a career change that gave me more time with my family. With being in the hairdressing industry for 19 years I knew what I enjoyed most was working with people. After much research I found Tots Play. Not only had I found a class that appealed to me as a mother with all the variety it offered, but also made me excited at the thought of being able to help parents or carers develop their connection to their child with all the benefits baby massage, yoga, signing, music, movement and sensory play provides. I will also make sure you take away lots of fantastic ideas to carry on the fun times at home. Having my youngest in the first lockdown has shown me how important baby and toddler classes are, not just for little ones but for helping parents bond with their child, as well as building invaluable supportive relationships with others in the same situation. Being a parent can be incredibly challenging and lonely sometimes so finding a class where you can share stories, laugh about the adorable or cringy moments and feel part of a community is irreplaceable. The site allows you to link in with your social media profiles to share content with peers, clubs and players. Our vision is to build a global, inclusive, online community of coaches: learning, interacting and creating, together. It is through our work with our clubs, that we have become acutely aware of the challenges facing amateur, semi-pro and even professional coaches. The goal of YJLC to be a centre of excellence on youth justice law came at a time when very few resources existed for professionals and there was no requirement that lawyers representing children in the criminal justice have any kind of specialist training. The legal landscape has progressed in a short time, in no small part due to the work of YJLC. YJLC works in collaboration with civil society, legal bodies and educational entities to ensure that the capacity and knowledge of those working with children in the criminal justice system is constantly evolving and improving. It was always clear to us that children in the criminal justice system should be represented by specialists. The aim in creating YJLC was to fundamentally improve the way these children are represented. YJLC has exceeded those original dreams and continues to grow, support and celebrate this important community of people providing a key, frontline role in society. Shauneen Lambe, Co-Founder Just for Kids Law and Youth Justice Legal Centre Taking a global approach, evolving legal understanding domestically, the need for YJLC continues to be strong having become an established and respected sector leader. Ensuring that children who do end up in the criminal justice system get the best outcomes both legally and for their futures. YJLC, like all of the strands of work in Just for Kids Law, developed out of what the young people told us they needed. Sometimes the stories they told us of their experiences were funny, sometimes they made us furious but mostly we heard stories of a communication gaps and gaps in social understanding.
