As of November 2022 Positive Impact has a community of over 1,600 global event professionals, over 40 corporate Head of Events, over 40 Corporate Head of Sustainability, over 160 SMEs with a Race to Zero commitment, over 5 memorandums of understanding with United Nations bodies. We are the only event sector body to be a Race to Zero Accelerator, UN SDG Action mobiliser and to have education certified by the world’s largest and leading CPD accreditation working across all sectors, so our education is accessed by heads of marketing, HR and sustainability. For over 15 years not for profit Positive Impact Events have been providing engagement, collaboration and education to create a sustainable event industry. You could describe Positive Impact Events as the ‘critical friend’ of the global event sector. Our funding comes from everywhere and nowhere and every penny, cent, yen etc is used to advance the event sector so every time an event happens the UN Sustainable Development Goals are advanced and events are recognised as ensuring 'participation and inclusion in decision making’ (UN SDG16). The International Academy of Trading was born out of necessity. Our teaching faculty is comprised of experienced traders and educators who have a huge amount of experience not only working behind the dealing desk but most importantly profitably trading capital over many years. Having worked in the industry and seen tens of thousands of retail traders speculate on the financial markets, all too often people make mistakes and lose their capital. Even when trader gets a trade “right” and the market moves in the direction that was anticipated, unfortunately the trade can get wiped out in the process. All too often this is due to a poor understanding of leverage and risk management. Trading can be very rewarding but without sound fundamental underpinning and tried and tested methodologies, the trader is at a statistical disadvantage and is likely to lose. This is compounded when individuals try and chase their losses or use untested methodologies which will ultimately lead to capital loss. The International Academy of Trading provides real sustainable techniques and a relentless approach to avoiding common trading pitfalls. We believe in live interactive trading education as the markets are live and one cannot truly learn without the ability to ask many questions. Traders also benefit from the community aspect of the International Academy of Trading and can learn from others across the globe.

I am a proud mother of 5 children. I am the founder of Childcare Solution, a quality childcare provider which was established in 2006. Family has always been extremely important to me being brought up in a family of five; My mum, dad and two brothers. As the eldest sibling I remember organising games and activities for my brothers to take part in. I remember organising races with other children who lived on our streets and even initiating small trips to the local marshes and swimming pool. From what I remember Our family extended to that of our neighbours and local community. We were a street of many nations; Irish, Dominican, Pakistani, Ghanaian, Caribbean and English. We shared our various cultures with each other, with music, celebrations and of course food. But the main highlight was, us the children playing together. We valued our similarities and appreciated our differences. We had the freedom to explore, experiment and challenge, even if it meant learning through painful mistakes. I went on to have a family of my own and after working at several childcare facilities it meant everything to me to provide a space for my children and for every child to create many positive memories. It was important that they could call their play environment their own. That they too could feel safe: to play, grow and make mistakes.

Youth Engagement Solutions Ltd (YES) is a charity based in North West London, formed in the summer of 2015, after previously existing as a project within a parent charity. We work from our office in Wembley, but deliver across NW London and beyond. Our Aims YES aims to improve the lives of young people aged 10-30 , from all backgrounds, across the capital. Our Objectives To improve social mobility and community cohesion among 10-30 year old Londoners from disadvantaged backgrounds, by: Increasing youth access to employment through support, training and education – Over 260 jobs secured since 2016. Promoting and supporting physical & mental health and wellbeing of young people. Reducing offending, re-offending and antisocial behaviour – Over 400 young people aged between 4-17 have been involved in our prevention youth projects. Providing opportunities for young people to positively affect their surrounding environment through work experience, projects and education. Challenging young people’s attitudes and the stigma attached to accepting help. Developing Cricklewood Wanderers Football Club through the English Football League System or “Football Pyramid”.

Our home is in Gloucestershire but we reach rural writers all over the UK and beyond. Dialect is here to develop talent, connect with communities and offer rural writers opportunities to share their work. Our Story Dialect launched quietly in July 2020 with an online Summer School of taster workshops. A programme of workshops around Stroud Book Festival followed, along with regular critique workshops, courses, a Writer In Residence scheme in partnership with Lake 32 and an Arts Council funded mentoring scheme. We are now offering regular courses focused on the craft of writing and immersive writing workshops in intriguing rural locations. Dialect is now a Community Interest Company, committed to investing in literature and author development. We will soon be launching DIRT, a plantable ecopoetry press… Ethos Dialect speaks from the edges of things. We celebrate the remote and the pastoral, the mountains and hills, the woods and the wilderness, the coasts and waterways, but also the small town and its suburbs, the retail parks, verges, dual carriageways, wastelands, lay-bys, scrapyards, agricultural spaces, derelict mills, industrial estates, motorway services, recycling centres, the spaces and voices in-between.
