Enjoy a total package to nourish mind, body and soul… 💗Stretch out your body with some gentle slow flow Yoga 💗Learn powerful techniques for helping release stress/anxiety/depression, relaxing and toning your nervous system 💗Indulge mindfully in a cup of blissful ceremonial grade Cacao** (like hot chocolate, but high in alkaloids & nutrients to enhance feelings of wellbeing and happiness) 💗Deeply relax for a Nidra guided mediation (with crystals), using light coded music to attune with your higher self; activating deeper healings and awakenings We will end the evening with some gluten free treats and tea; with time to connect with others, pick some oracle cards if you wish, or just ‘be’ with yourself in gentle contemplation. Tickets are just £25 (£22 concession). The mini retreat starts at 7pm and aims to finish by 9.20pm, so you will be ready to float off for a heavenly and restorative sleep. Hi, I am Karen Bentley-Brown, founder of Bentley-Brown Associates and passionate about helping people to grow good business. For the past twenty years I’ve been helping businesses and charities to develop and thrive. I enjoy nothing more than reading about or, even better, visiting businesses that have found a way to improve the world we live in and at the same time as making a profit… Actually there is one thing I enjoy more that is sharing those ideas (See Positive News). Over this time it has become clear to me that the organisations who look after their people (staff and customers), and their environment, are the most successful; to put it bluntly they are more sustainable AND they make more money. You could say that I’m a bit biased as I have always believed that we should leave the planet in a better way than we found it, both for people and wildlife. One of my early memories is joining WWF’s ‘Panda Club’ as a child in the 1960s after hearing about the plight of giant pandas (I’m pleased to say that they have recently been taken off the ‘endangered species’ list). In my later life I was privileged to work for WWF as one of their Regional Managers before moving on to fundraising and development roles with other environmental organisations including the National Trust. At first it was under the guise of ‘saving the planet can save you money’… This is true but it isn’t a very authentic business model and I knew there was a better way to do business. Since becoming a freelance business consultant and coach I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of businesses both large and small and have developed a template that works for all organisations based on John Elkington’s Triple Bottom Line or People, Planet, Profit model. Put simply, if you look after your people and your planet you will make more profit. But there are an infinite number of ways to do this and I’d be delighted to help you find the best way for you and your organisation to develop and tell your positive impact story. ☺

Hello my name is Maria Tjader and I am 39 years old. I live with my daughter, partner and his daughter by the sea in South of England, UK. My own healing journey began when I finished school, left Sweden to explore a new life, and intensified when I had an early middle life crises 13 years ago. As a young adult I felt lost and didn’t know who I was. I felt disempowered by life and without roots, it sparked my journey of self-discovery. It’s been an incredible adventure, with a fair amount of difficulties, creating more aliveness, finding my own love story and myth. I was once a socially awkward girl, lost and confused about life. I grew up in a loving family but still didn’t feel like I fit in or had a place of belonging. I didn’t have many consistent friends that I felt deep connection with, kept attracting unhealthy dynamics with men, had low self-esteem and self-worth. I was adopted from South Korea to Sweden at the age of 1,5. At that time I experienced separation 3 times which meant that I found it hard to trust and allow myself to create healthy attachment to my Swedish parents and anyone else for many years. I wasn’t aware of this until the last couple of years after nearly 13 years of private therapy sessions, workshops, courses and shamanic ceremonies.
