Yoga has been a practice that has guided Sasha through some of the toughest waves of life. It became her fall-back and it has been a practice that has supported her through every life phase, changing & adapting with her and guiding her on the journey back to herself. Sasha teaches Yoga as a practice that invokes freedom, clarity, creativity and deep inner connection. Yoga is an opportunity to liberate through movement, stillness, awareness and release. Sasha’s Yoga journey started at 15 years old. Mostly self-taught for the first 10 years, Sasha eventually followed her dream and in 2008, completed her first 200 hour TT with Tribe Yoga, which proved to be a life-changing course and further increased her passion for Yoga and developed a desire to continue teaching. Shanti Yoga Glasgow was born and she traveled the world teaching, eventually settling back home in Glasgow. Sasha spent another 10 years building successful Yoga Studios around Glasgow and in 2020, she adapted her business to give her more freedom. Sasha is currently based in Ahangama, South Province of Sri Lanka and will be back in Glasgow May-September 2023. Sasha’s main passions in teaching are: guiding Yoga Teacher Trainees to become unique and inspiring teachers, Women’s Yoga that facilitates deeper connections to our softer and nurturing energy and finally working emotionally and energetically with Yoga as a healing practice. Sasha has worked extensively with young offenders and addiction groups since 2011 and holds 1100+ Yoga training hours with global teachers. She is the only certified Prana Flow teacher in Scotland.

Our Story In the 1980s both Judi and Alex were serving Police Officers and in the 1992 Alex left to join the London Ambulance Service. During their service, they both witnessed the importance of good First aid care and, having a passion for teaching, started out as freelance instructors for other companies. Unfortunately they were both disappointed with the quality and pricing of many of those providers. Judi become fed up with Alex's constant comments that he could "do better, cheaper" and told him to "do something about it!!!" Alex and Judi Brazkiewicz formed Holos Healthcare & Training Ltd in 2004 to deliver high quality First Aid at Work training. Alex and Judi between them, currently have almost 35 years front-line Emergency Services experience, and almost 50 years training First Aid. They are backed by a passionate team of instructors - hand picked for their experience but also their ability to "Teach the Basics - but also to Teach them Well". Services Our courses range from brief 2 hour introductory seminars and 1/2 day Basic Life Support (BLS) courses to the 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and 3-day First Aid at Work (FAW) to the 5-day Level 3 First Responder on Scene (FROS) courses. In addition Holos has the ability to devise bespoke training to meet your individual workplace requirements and has successfully delivered training to a wide and diverse variety of clients including student doctors at Kings College London (which incorporates Kings College, Guys and St Thomas' Hospitals), the ground crew for the London Ambulance Service's Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), the staff of the National Maritime Museum, security staff and specialist units within HM Armed Forces. Hello! I am Samantha Dholakia, the founder of SPD Tuition and Coaching and creator of The Behaviour Balance System© (TBBS) and The Behaviour Bank© (TBB). I am an Executive Coach and mentor, Neurolinguistic Programmer and Consultant Trainer. With over 15 years experience in the education sector, I have worked in multiple managerial and leadership roles, including deputy head, RMT consultant trainer, educational consultant and accredited CPD creation for companies such as Twinkle and TTS. I am the host of @spdtuitionandcoaching which supports thousands of parents and teachers daily with behaviour strategies and wellbeing support, and in 2020 I set up our SPD children’s Confidence and Communications Coaching Programme, of which I could not be prouder. Not only have we had great results in the social, emotional and behaviour impact, but also academic achievement. Some of the children in our programmes make over 1 year’s academic progress in less than 12 weeks. It was in fact the children that encouraged me to support with the adults around them, and I am so pleased that I listened to their wise words. The Behaviour Balance System I created TBBS in 2021 to support the desperate need for an alternative approach to behaviour, providing strategies that not only create sustainable change but aid wellbeing, support good mental health, build confidence and resilience - and also accelerates academic achievement. With every technique and tool backed by the neuroscience behind behaviour, our TBBS strategies not only make sense, they WORK. We now support schools, nurseries, universities, Local Authorities, charities and a whole host of other providers globally through our training, workshops and 360 online portal, TBB. The purpose of the policy is to set out the Information, Advice and Guidance services Get SET Academy (GSA) commits to provide to potential and current learners, parents of learners under the age of 18, staff and employers. The policy is designed to ensure consistent, effective, and fair treatment for all. This policy has been impact assessed to ensure that it does not adversely affect staff on the grounds of sex, transgender, marital or civil partnership status, racial group, nationality, sexual orientation, religion or belief disability or age. The policy should be read in conjunction with other Get SET Academy policies and procedures including the equality policy, confidentiality policy, data protection policy. INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE (IAG) Definitions: • Information refers to the provision of factual, unbiased information relating to learning and careers. Information can be imparted verbally by an advisor or by printed material, and the internet. • Advice requires more in-depth interaction with the client. It includes the explanation of information and how to access and use the information. When giving advice we will always endeavour to suggest, or encourage you to explore, different options for achieving your goals. • Guidance involves an in-depth session or series of sessions between the client and advisor, in which the advisor helps the client through the process of making decisions about learning and careers. This may include support in accessing and using online resources. OBJECTIVES We have defined specific objectives against which we will measure the effectiveness of our IAG service: (Specific targets will vary year by year). To provide impartial, unbiased IAG in a form that is easily understood by the recipient. 1. To ensure IAG is treated confidentially as per the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. 2. To ensure IAG promotes and embeds equality and diversity throughout all of the provision. 3. To systematically monitor, review, evaluate and continually improve our IAG and measure performance. 4. To signpost clients to other competent organisations/services where the nature of the query, interest or concern is out of scope of our capability/competence. 5.
