Two day 'Introduction to Table Loom Weaving' workshop in the beautiful setting of Fisherton Mill in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Learn how to plan your weaving project, dress your loom (prepare your loom for weaving), read and understand weaving patterns and weave your own set of samples from a wide range of sustainable yarns and fibres in this relaxed & informative beginners weaving workshop. All materials and equipment are provided and you will leave with a clear handout of notes along with your first pieces of weaving!

This qualification is intended for those who maintain the quality of assessment from within an organisation or assessment centre. Learners undertaking this qualification will be able to understand the principles and practices of internally assuring the quality of assessment and internally assure the quality of assessment. The Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA), formerly known as the A1 certificate is a recognised qualification that is intended for those who assess both occupational competence in the work environment and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace, (such as workshops, classrooms or other education and training settings). If you do not have access to assess in the workplace, consider the Award rather than the certificate. It provides the essential knowledge and understanding that assessment staff need, as well as the opportunity to practice assessment skills – followed by in-depth feedback and development goals from a highly experienced assessor.
