MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) is an experienced and innovative archaeology and built heritage practice. We have been providing independent, professional heritage advice and services for over 40 years across the UK and internationally on schemes both large and small. Our commercial services are designed to help our development, infrastructure and construction sector clients to meet their planning process requirements swiftly and expertly, with the certainty and value they need. As an education charity our aim is to inspire people to be curious about their heritage. We are proud of our award-winning community engagement and education programmes, which are founded on partnership and participation. As an Independent Research Organisation, we set out to share the knowledge and information we generate with the widest audience possible for the benefit of society. The research we conduct as part of the planning and development process takes place alongside our own research framework. Our 450+ staff are based in London, Northampton, Basingstoke, Chester, Bristol and Stansted. We are an independent charitable company limited by guarantee (company number 07751831; charity number 1143574) registered in England and Wales, with a subsidiary, MOLA Northampton (company number 8727508; charity number 1155198). Our registered office is Mortimer Wheeler House, 46 Eagle Wharf Road, London N1 7ED. Since 2017 we have been part of a consortium with Headland Archaeology - MOLA Headland Infrastructure - to enable the delivery of archaeological and heritage services to large-scale infrastructure projects.

WE TEACH. Since January 2014, ReadAble has been running weekly reading and language arts classes for children ages 2 to 15 in a neighbourhood in the Chin Swee area. We started out teaching in children’s homes, but have grown to occupy classrooms in the Residents’ Committee Centre. We teach a phonics-based curriculum to our earliest readers and deliver a programme which complements the primary school syllabus for those who have mastered the basics of reading. We use drama, movement and play to draw out a love for reading, build self-confidence, and encourage creativity. WE BUILD. ReadAble has built a community library of over a thousand books for our kids to freely access books at every reading level throughout the week. We also organise educational excursions to plays and museums, as well as connect kids’ families with community resources, such as school supply donations and workshops by professional educators. Through our BookDrop project, we set up conducive study spaces and mini-libraries in kids’ homes. WE MENTOR. Apart from our classes every Saturday, some volunteers run one-on-one classes with children in their homes across the week forming deep relationships with families. We also started a class teaching the predominantly migrant mothers of our students, functional English to navigate life in Singapore. EVERY CHILD LOVED. We believe that children thrive in love. We are committed to forming lasting relationships with them as teachers and mentors. Each child’s progress is closely monitored and classes are tailored to meet their learning styles. We recognise that our children weather challenges such as parental incarceration or family violence, and we strive to support them. EVERY FAMILY PARTNERED. Family support is crucial to a child’s success. We work alongside families to reinforce children's learning at home. We seek to understand our children’s home life and we engage parents with routine updates on their children’s progress. EVERY VOLUNTEER EMPOWERED. ReadAble is entirely volunteer-led and run, and we are serious about equipping our people. We run regular training sessions on topics from phonics to classroom management and how toxic stress affects child development. We constantly refine our methods based on research and best practices. EVERYONE A COMMUNITY. We seek to build an inclusive community that encourages children's diverse aspirations and engages everyone with empathy. We have a flat volunteer structure led by our Co-founders and Core Team who form friendships with children and their families. Together, we work to eradicate social inequality.

The Kent Tigers Basketball Club was founded in 2021 by Sten Mayunga. The club began its journey in Division 3 of the local league, quickly establishing itself as a formidable force in the region. The inception of the club was driven by a desire to create a community-focused and elite basketball club within the Kent region. In 2022, the club expanded its program with the launch of its juniors program. This program offers structured basketball training and competitive opportunities for boys and girls from under-12 to under-18 levels. The same year, Kent Tigers entered into a significant partnership with the Universities at Medway. This collaboration aimed at taking control over the basketball program at the Medway University campus, enhancing opportunities for university students to engage in high-level basketball. In its inaugural season, the Men’s senior team showcased exceptional performance by going unbeaten in the League and clinching both the Medway Basketball Association D3 title and the Nobby Crouch Plate with a decisive 93-41 win over Iroquois. Kent Tigers is committed to providing a complete player pathway, a vision championed by General Manager Sten Mayunga. The club operates in Dartford and other areas within Kent, catering to various abilities and genders. In addition, Kent Tigers has formed a partnership with Little Hoopers [https://littlehoopers.org.uk/], a child-friendly basketball program known for its innovative approach to introducing basketball to young children. Little Hoopers’ programs, designed for children as young as three years old, focuses on creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for young children. This partnership enriches the club’s structure, extending its pathway to include foundational basketball experiences for toddlers and preschoolers, fostering early engagement with the sport. As a community-driven club, Kent Tigers has emphasised creating opportunities for local engagement and sports development. Their partnership with the Universities at Medway and Little Hoopers is a testament to their commitment to fostering basketball at the grassroots and university levels, ensuring a sustainable and inclusive growth of the sport in the region. This approach led them to win the Basketball England South East community club of the year in 2022.
