Welcome to High-Grade Global Learning Center, where we Connect, Collaborate, and Create. We provide effective means to advance learning that constantly adapts to the demands of our community. We provide unique opportunities to assist students in meeting their academic goals. We operate after school, online and we have summer sessions. At High -grade global we offer high-quality tutoring in Math, English, science, and social studies (among other K12 subject areas) ,SAT/ACT and other college prep activities We also provide workshops for parents, guardians, and other community stakeholders with children These workshops will provide them with knowledge and skills to support their children/students in their quest for success in grade school, college, and beyond. Our K12 tutoring and test prep sessions are facilitated by highly qualified staff who have trained at top colleges. Our approach is centered around students with large learning gaps and who need strategic academic help. We also provide college prep programs for other students who are seeking to take their academics to a higher level.

Scenic Sandbank is a group of volunteers who have come together having a common interest to make Sandbank village a beautiful place to live work and play. We are entered in the Keep Scotland Beautiful competition again this year, having got a Silver Medal on our first venture in 2019. For further information on the scheme click on this logo Anyone can join us, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and no prior experience is necessary. We do all different things besides gardening, these include painting, cleaning benches and planters tidying up the verges and litter picking. Planting up and taking care of the planters and plants is a large part of what we do, and for some the most enjoyable. We hope to have a couple of projects for the summer and more on those as things develop. Experimental learning offers a variety of experiences that cannot be acquired in a typical classroom environment, especially in natural sciences. Fieldwork-based education promotes critical thinking and problem solving, assisting in the retention of new scientific concepts. “EDUCOAST – Nature-Based Education in Coastal GeoSciences – A field station in southern Portugal” aims at promoting nature-based education in coastal and marine geosciences through classroom lecturing and field-based practical exercises. The educational offer includes school (elementary and high) and local associations’ visits on-demand with hands-on activities, academic training (internships, M.Sc., and Ph.D.), international summer schools, professional training for maritime personnel, tourism professionals, and secondary school teachers. The project is the joint collaboration between the the Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere, I. P. (promoter), the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon, the Portuguese Environment Agency, I.P., and the Centro de Ciência Viva de Tavira. The EDUCOAST project is funded by the EEA Blue Growth Programme’s grant under call #5 “Education”. It allows the implementation of the training program and covers the expenses of the national and international trainees.

Welcome to Gillian's Riding School Gillian's Riding School is a popular riding school in Enfield, North London. There is a place for every rider at Gillian's as we are open 7 days a week and have a variety of horses to ride suitable for all levels, including disabilities. We cater for lessons from 4 years old and up and 15 minute pony rides are available for younger riders. Regardless of your ability we have horses, ponies and instructors that will be perfect for your level. From beginning to advanced, we are here to help. We have Just built a brand new Indoor arena and have 2 outdoor arenas. All of our Arenas are floodlit allowing you to book a lesson time that suits you. We boast excellent woodland riding facilities with a large arena and summer cross country paddocks. The horses looked after by a professional team of grooms and are soon to be moved into their new stables in a purpose built indoor barn over the winter of 2020/21! We organise pony days and kids clubs in every half term and have pony club every weekend. We have end of term in house fun competitive competitions for our riders. We also have a competitive riding team who compete on riding school horses and ponies in Showjumping, Dressage, Eventing and pony racing. Our Cross Country Course is well known for welcoming new riders to the sport, we take pride that our competitve events are one of the most supportive atmospheres for local venues and Hunter Trials in Hertfordshire and Essex.

Karen is a Suffolk based Dance Artist specialising in contemporary and community dance. She trained at Roehampton University where she gained a BA (hons) in Dance Studies. Karen went on to complete a PGCE at University Campus Suffolk in 2014 and has worked in a range of educational settings in Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. She is currently teaching her own classes Stow Movers and Hadleigh Movers, movement classes for 55+ years, and her youth company Karen Louise Youth Dance which all run weekly. Alongside regular delivery, Karen has taught on many exciting projects including: –Big Dance 2016 (in conjunction with Akram Khan & People Dancing) -Big Dance Workshops 2016 (in conjunction with Anna Rowe Dance) -7 Schools 1 Town 2017 (DanceEast & Gecko Theatre) -The Inkwell 2017 including Arts Award (DanceEast) -KLD & Yodanga Arts Summer School 2018 & 2019 -Hadleigh Hullabaloo 2019 (DanceEast) –Dance From Home 2020 – Present (DanceEast) -Tell Your Story Project 2022 (ICEP & St Pancras Primary School) -Jubilant! 2022 (The Food Museum, Mendlesham Primary School & John Peel Centre) In 2018 Karen worked as Producer for Ipswich Choral Society on a large-scale community project commemorating WW1; Ipswich Remembers. She continues to enjoy these Producer roles and has produced several KLD projects in 2020. Most recently Karen works for Dance Network Association in Essex as their Dance Development Officer. She runs and delivers on programmes such as their Youth Company, Dancing with Dementia, RE:Generation Colchester and their Dancing with Parkinson’s classes. Karen was part of the 17/18 cohort for Overture, a professional development opportunity with ReBourne. She was 1 of 16 UK Dance Artists that took part in four residential weekends. She has also recently completed a Dementia Care Mapping course through Bradford Universirty supported by DanceEast, and also was a part of the Emerging Leaders programme with National Centre for Writing. Karen is also a keen performer, and has been a member of Kinetica Dance Collective (formerly Dance Unlimited), a performance group in Suffolk, for seven years now, and performs regularly in East Anglia.

ABOUT THE CLUB PRESIDENT’S WELCOME I am delighted to welcome you to Horley Bowling Club. We have been providing the opportunity to bowl in Horley and the surrounding areas for well over 100 years. Bowling The club offers year-round activities, with lawn bowling in the summer and indoor (short mat) facilities in the winter. Both formats offer opportunities to play league matches, internal competitions, and friendly fixtures, as well as social bowling amongst members. Social The club has a very enthusiastic social team who organize well-supported events throughout the year. We also offer social membership. So, if you feel like just sitting down and watching a game of bowls, you are very welcome to do so. Cacao Sita came in being after travelling to Peru and Guatemala to experience the profound healing effects of Plant Medicine. My journey with Cacao had started some years before, back in the UK, sourcing Cacao from a local Cacao Shaman, going to ceremonies in London and holding my own ceremonies at home. In this way I got to know and experience Cacao in my own time and slowly developed my relationship with her. Our journey together continued to grow and as my Yoga teaching started to expand into Europe I soon became initiated into holding Cacao Ceremonies. Our first ceremony was a Cacao and Kirtan fundraiser to help with the environmental disaster that was unfolding in the Amazon in the summer of 2019. As always with these potent plant medicines, the unfolding and synchronistic meetings that occurred from this ceremony opened my path to the powerful grandmother medicine of Ayahuasca, who then, in tern led me to Peru to sit with my teacher and explore this sacred path further. What happened in the Peruvian Amazon will stay with me for a life time and the unfolding from this journey is still very much in process.
