The Real Estate Development School is a five day course that focuses on both the theoretical and practical elements of Commercial Real Estate Development.

Duration 1 Days Validity 1 year Course Overview "Advanced ECGs" is tailored for Emergency Care Assistants (ECAs) and above who wish to deepen their expertise in electrocardiography. This advanced course covers critical and complex aspects of ECG interpretation, focusing on severe arrhythmias, toxicological impacts, and dangerous conditions identifiable through ECGs. What’s Covered 1. Advanced aythremias 2. PE recognition 3. ID of toxins and overdoses on ECGs 4. Things that cause prolonged QT intervals and why it is dangerous. 5. Torsades de points. 6. How to recognise anti depressant overdose on ECG 7. Iron and digoxin over dose on ECG 8. Wolf Parkinson white on ecg 9. Drugs, treatments and things we have to be careful of when we have patients with these conditions Entry Requirements There are no official entry requirements for this CPD course, however this course is aimed at those who work as a ECA (or equivalent) or higher skill grade, who would like to finally get a grip of ECGs. What is required from you: All courses are delivered in English, you must have a basic understanding of the English language to attend. Dress: As a company we pride ourselves on running immersive & practical training courses. You will often be expected to kneel & work outdoors, please dress appropriately. Identification: As we deliver Ofqual accredited courses, there is a requirement for you to show a form of ID on the first day of the course. This could be; a driving license, passport or something that clearly shows who you are. Timings: All of our courses have a minimum training time of six hours a day, we will often advertise a course as seven hours to include break times. On occasion it is required to go over the scheduled times, however this will always be discussed with the group on the day. This course provides the delegate with the theoretical and practical skills to undertake non-licensed works with ACM's. Persons requiring this type of training would include trade operatives undertaking tasks with ACM's as defined in HSG210 and in accordance with CAR 2012 Reg 3(2). In addition to the Asbestos Awareness, those employees whose work will knowingly disturb ACMs, and which is defined as non-licensable work or NNLW, should receive additional task-specific information, instruction and training.
