Rainbow Out of School Clubs offer safe, stimulating and above all fun environment for children aged 4 and 11 years. The play environment allows the children to be offered a selection of structured activities and play opportunities which take place both in and outdoors weather permitting e.g. art & craft, board games, construction activities, role play, clay modelling, home corner, pool table, kwik-cricket, ball games and much more. The children are free to choose activities. Play opportunities are risk assessed and evaluated to ensure that the safety of the children is balanced with the enjoyment and fun element. Qualified and experienced and police checked playworkers understand the importance of play and how this impacts on the individual development needs of children. Playworkers receive ongoing training to ensure the quality of care is paramount. All clubs are registered with Ofsted (where legally required to do so), and inspected in accordance with the law & guidance surrounding the care of children in a play environment. Parents/Carers are issued with terms and conditions upon registration. A comprehensive list of policies which the club operates by are available at the clubs. I founded The Nurtured Woman, a private coaching and consulting practice that provides recovery coaching and mentoring support to survivors of narcissistic abuse to transform their lives. As part of my service, I provide Therapeutic Family Court Support to survivors. These services are borne out of personal experience of being married to a malignant narcissist, the abuse after escaping and a passion to help others in similar situations. As it turns out, narcissistic abuse is a global pandemic on it's own that affects many people of all races, age and gender regardless of religious or political beliefs, and educational or social status. My first B.Sc (Hons) degree was in Real Estate Management obtained from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. You will agree with me that that has nothing related to domestic abuse or narcissistic abuse..lol. Growing up, I have always had an interest and passion in helping people to become better versions of themselves. As the popular saying goes, 'experience is the best teacher'. Oh yes, my experience of narcissistic abuse propelled me to the most fulfilling career I could ever ask for.

This role quickly branched out to treating other main cast members, stuntmen, directors and quite literally at least 2 crew members from each department on the shoot!

I am an author, trainer and consultant in Knowledge Management for law firms. Law firms are knowledge intensive businesses. The way that they create and exploit their combined knowledge has a considerable effect on their profitability and effectiveness. Much has been learned over the past 20 years about how we can create efficient knowledge practices. My goal is to teach law firms how they can work effectively and stop wasting money on inefficient knowledge systems. I come from a family of teachers and I have found my teaching passion in helping law firms to “work smarter”. I have been writing textbooks and training law firm employees since 2009. Previously I spent a decade as a solicitor/lawyer specialising in clinical negligence litigation and 2 years in-house in know-how, so I understand law firms from the inside. I am very proud of my recent MBA with distinction. It opened my eyes to the valuable gains made in other sectors through strategic Knowledge systems. It also enabled me to spend a year intensively studying how law firms can improve competitive advantage through facilitating knowledge-sharing, the topic of my dissertation. I care passionately about distilling all the academic study and research into something practical and useful for you and your law firm.

It was founded by Sir Charles Goodeve in 1975 with the object of promoting understanding of society and of organisations within society. He believed that, if we were better able to understand the processes operating in industry and society – particularly those causing conflict – then our decisions could become more rational, we would become more effective managers of ourselves and others and we would be able to act with greater authority and responsibility as citizens. In establishing OPUS as a non-political organisation with charitable status, Sir Charles was supported and encouraged by The Tavistock Institute and the Industrial Society. Its study and promotion of a better understanding of society – how it works and how the individual relates to it – was recognised as a distinctive field that was not addressed by other bodies. OPUS aims to develop a deeper understanding of conscious and unconscious organisational and social dynamics; and to promote reflective citizenship – using this understanding to act authoritatively and responsibly as members of society and organisations within society. OPUS pursues this aim through a combination of education and training, academic research and publication and organisational consultancy and coaching, and by external communication of our findings to a wider audience. OPUS also maintains links with organisations both nationally and internationally with similar aims.

Award-winner Sima Vaziry’s work has been recognised by the British Museum for whom she has created several commercial jewellery collections and her jewellery is part of the core range at the British Museum luxury shop. Sima came into jewellery making as a second career from a graphic design background, after re-training, she launched her own business. It wasn’t long before her work was picked up by the British Museum and her first collection for them became one of their most popular and best selling ranges. To date, Sima has designed six collections for the British Museum, and has also received enquiries from the Louvre in Paris. Her award winning piece was used on the cover of a new book, “Silversmithing for Jewelry Makers”. Her success has been recognised in the form of press, TV and radio appearances including Sky TV and BBC Persia as well as BBC London radio. Her jewellery designs and personal story have been featured in “Woman & Home”, “Tatler” online and in all the main trade magazines. Sima works from her shop at the OXO Tower, where she continues to make her collections, create bespoke items for private clients and supply the British Museum. She also passes on her knowledge through teaching and delivering talks in and around London.
