I have over 14 years experience of working in secondary schools and since starting my business I have worked across the Bath, Bristol and Somerset area in places such as Bishops Palace in Wells, Tyntesfield National Trust in Bristol, Lincombe Barn in Bristol, Wrington Community Hall. I set up my business as I wanted to offer my enthusiasm for art to the wider community. I wanted to share my passion of the range of materials that are available to use right at our finger tips from pencil and pen to the more trickier mediums such as oil paint and clay. I teach in a nurturing and calm way, offering a step by step process with constant reassurance along the way. I have had lots of customers coming back for more classes as they not only enjoy my teaching methods, they also enjoy the social interaction with like minded people. Green Fox Workshops offers a range of services from Online sessions, Hen Dos, Children’s parties, One: one sessions, Sketching Tours and Gift Vouchers.

32 organisations in Scotland have a mandate from the Scottish Government to deliver a TSI remit. Some of these organisations are mainly focussed on their roles as TSI’s, while for others, the TSI remit is only a very small part of what they do within the voluntary and community space. What they have in common is that they deliver their TSI roles in line with the Scottish Government’s Third Sector Interface Outcome Framework. This document, published in September 2018, sets out clearly the strategic leadership role TSI’s have in their local communities and the activity that is funded by Scottish Government. There are 4 aspects to our role; Being a central source of knowledge – 3rd sector, national and local policy. Ensuring the local third sector has a strong voice at a strategic level – locally and nationally. Builds the capacity of volunteering, voluntary and community organisations and social enterprise to achieve positive change. Connection – providing leadership, vision and coordination to the local third sector, including through partnership and collaboration.

We believe passionately that a relationship with nature is crucial for our health, happiness and well-being, and that people are more likely to care for the natural world if they spend time enjoying it. At I Love Nature we provide a variety of activities and experiences that help people build long-term relationships with the natural world. These can be play-based, like family fun days, community projects, celebrations and school activities, or research and consultancy. We also provide both onsite and offsite training for professionals who work with children (see 'Training, Research and Consultancy' section), and welcome invitations for collaborative partnerships in social and/or environmental projects. As a registered Community Interest Company (CIC No: 10598376), our profits are used to support our social and environmental aims. This means that surplus income is ploughed back into the company and is used to support activities and projects that provide a range of nature-based opportunities for marginalised groups of people. Holistically, we also support family sessions alongside the children, in parallel workshops called The Parenthood Academy: Self development for parents, as well as exploring strategies on progressive parenting for the millennials. The multi award-winning Manhood Academy for Boys was birthed by 8 men who shared a single vision. Following a trip to Gambia by 4 of the co-founders of Manhood Academy, in February 2016 a community call out brought them together in the same room, meeting at an Ethiopian restaurant in South London. At the end of the round table meeting they unanimously chose to “Be the change we wish to see in the world” by collectively establishing The Manhood Academy.Each founder previously holding a distinguished track record in youth work, from a BAFA award winning senior educator to working on the streets of London with urban youth. The Manhood Academy officially launched to the community at Park View Academy, London on October 15th, 2016.A curriculum was co-designed from the collective wealth of experience of the founders, and the nameManhood Academy, Womanhood Academy & Parenthood Academy were coined. Established under the umbrella (CIC) community interest company name: Lifehood Academy on 15 May 2017. The Manhood Academy program was implemented with the intention of exposing our young people to character building experiences, tests and master classes.All geared towards shifting young people’s paradigm, from the chronic news headlines, school disenfranchisement and stereotypes some of our young people manifest as a self-fulfilling prophecy. Bringing about a new and empowering context, supporting the our youth to take responsibility for decisions that will set the course for a positive future.
