Our Aims SATRO is a long established educational charity working across South Central England. We work in schools, partnering with employers to bring inspirational learning to students of all abilities and backgrounds. We have three key areas of focus: STEM Education: delivering in-school workshops, multi-school challenges and events, and research projects which bring STEM learning and careers to life for students from Primary to Post-16. Vocational Construction: delivering BTEC Level 1 construction qualifications, practical construction workshops and SEN independent skills training from school age to young adults. Employability & Skills: delivering careers, enterprise & skills workshops and mentoring partnerships which challenge perceptions and prepare students for their next steps in education, training or employment. All areas of our work directly involve employers in the development of real-world scenarios and careers understanding, including the involvement of staff as volunteers in delivery. We offer our services to all types of schools and students of all abilities - accepting every student for who they are. We provide a full service to schools from booking, to the provision of all materials & equipment required on the day, administration of volunteers and delivery is led by experienced tutors. We measure impact and feedback for all interventions with input from students, teachers and volunteers. As a charity we engage with charitable trusts, individual donors and corporate responsibility programmes. A key focus for us as a charity is to bring our work to those lacking access to opportunities in our three key programme areas.

We have multiple young people roaming the streets, because they believe that the world has given up on them or they believe that they do not have what it takes to create the impossible. So The Sapphire Foundation is stepping in to give a voice to the voiceless. The Sapphire Foundation is here to tell our young, that they are good enough! And that there is nothing they cannot achieve if they are willing to go the extra mile to achieve the unattainable today. Many pastors and lay leaders were trained and equipped for doing ministry with the relevant practical knowledge and guidance to serve the Church and its various ministries. Registration The London School of Ministries & Theology is a Registered Company Limited in UK and has the rights and privileges to operate as a proper Ministry training institute. Accreditation Currently the Institute is accredited by the International Association for Theological Accreditation (IATA) which offers Certificate, Diploma and Bachelors’ Degree courses. The LSMT is recognized by the School of Ministries in USA as a Level I category institution to teach the Certificate In Ministerial Studies (CIMS) program which could earn College Credit hours with the Lee University, Cleveland, Tennessee, USA. We are negotiating to partner with the Global School of Open Learning, formerly known as the Southern Asia Bible College, Bangalore, India (eLearning Programmes) to offer the Master of Divinity Degree.

We are passionate about wellbeing and holistic learning. Our coaching helps people excel academically and to cultivate a growth MINDSET and growth HEARTSET. We believe having this balance of the head (rational intelligence) and heart (emotional intelligence), together with the gut (physical intelligence) as the keystone, is the secret to unlocking your genius and resiliency. We have supported our children with a holistic approach to education, which we call compassionate based learning. This experiential learning has seen our children develop from building blocks to scholarship and bursaries at an independent school and securing offers to read at Oxbridge. Along this journey we have learnt a lot that we thought would help other parents and their children. We have often been asked for help and advice and we’d share the best of what we learnt, and we would often be told we should coach for a living. So, that’s what we did: we left our pharmacy and IT careers, and after qualifying from gold star training providers, undertaking hours of self-study to compliment the face to face training, and gaining the requisite hours for accreditation by coaching pro-bono we have developed our own unique coaching system to help children bring out the genius within themselves. Accelerated learning, exam success, grammar/independent school applications, university/Oxbridge applications and a personal brand portfolio are areas we specialise in, as well as the holistic element of learning: resilience and the emotions of beliefs and behaviours.

The Experience All our safety team members and instructors have years of experience in rescue work with the emergency services. They have spent decades training, maintaining safety and performing rescues in some of the most challenging and dangerous locations. EuCAN is a Community Interest Company (CIC) working in the UK and other countries of Europe to involve more people and communities in the conservation management of their local environment, by providing training and practical experience for young graduates, potential volunteers and therapeutic groups, in nature conservation and in sustainable land management and food production enterprises. EuCAN CIC started life in 2007 as the European Conservation Action Network, a project linked to The Kingcombe Centre in west Dorset, and funded entirely by the Leonardo da Vinci strand of the EU Lifelong Learning Programme. Since 2007, The European Conservation Action Network has set up 23 different two-week placements and enabled nearly 300 volunteers to visit 11 partner organisations in the EU. In 2011, when The Kingcombe Trust was wound up, EuCAN became established as an independent Community Interest Company through which, in addition to promoting placements with our other EU partners, we have organised several conservation projects in Dorset and Somerset, are undertaking an increasing number of habitat management contracts using professionals and trainees working together, and have run training courses each year in botanical and lepidoptera identification and ecology, bumblebee conservation and id and other subjects. The CIC now acts as a hub for the wide network of volunteers, organisations and other contacts that EuCAN has cultivated since 2007.
