Became a Limited Company without Guarantee in the Summer of 2003. The Directorship spans many fields for example retailing, local charities and local Ward Councillors - in fact it represents many organisations. There are also several subsets of the Partnership for example the Heritage Group, Markets, Town Centre and others who drive out the detail and deliver specific aims. These are led by Board members who report to the Executive. Each Director devotes his or her time and energies on a purely voluntary basis in pursuance of these goals. Many hundreds of hours have been spend debating and now delivering the our vision for the Town’s prosperity, heritage and regeneration. Together with our sponsors, we are well started on a long journey to promote the delivery of many new and exciting projects over the coming years.

TCA was graded as Good following our most recent Ofsted inspection (January 2020), with inspectors commenting on the quality of leadership, positive relationships between staff and students, a curriculum ‘that helps pupils to succeed’ and a Sixth Form ‘where students have the support required to be successful.’ Read the Ofsted report here and our full statement here. The summer of 2020 saw more students going on to Russell Group universities, including the University of Cambridge. Our GCSE results in recent years have been the best in the school's history and we are confident this upward trend will continue. Our staff have high aspirations for all of our students and want them to grow into confident, ambitious and high achieving individuals. This year, we have seen applications to join our school increase by almost 20%.

I am also qualified to take clients on multi pitch mountain routes and mountain scrambles under Summer conditions and mountain hill walks under full Winter conditions.I have over two decades of teaching these activities on the crags of Perthshire and the mountains of the Scottish Highlands. A love of the mountains brought me to Scotland over 25 years ago and I have lived and worked in Perthshire ever since. In parallel with my work as a teacher, I have been teaching mountaineering and rock climbing as extra curricular activities during this time. The Highlands of Scotland are a magical place and I would love to help you maximise your next mountain adventure.

Simia circus aims to make the benefits of circus arts accessible to everyone. Whether you are aspiring to be a world famous performer, enjoying an exciting and novel form of exercise, or meeting new friends as you learn a skill, Simia Circus welcomes everyone. All Simia Circus staff undergo an extensive training program, which includes not only skill specific training, but also in depth safeguarding, and real time risk assessment. They then undertake an apprenticeship shadowing an experienced instructor, allowing them to further develop their skills. Michelle, A.I.S.T.D. , M.B.T.D.A. , Reg RAD Member, began teaching Adult Jazz Dancing in Portishead in 1989. In 1995 the children of the adults wanted a class of their own. Numbers grew rapidly. Michelle also taught for the Bristol School of Dancing (where she trained) from 1986 until February 2014 when the branch was handed over to Michelle. In the Summer of 2014, a super sparkly 25th Anniversary show was staged to celebrate. In June 2016 Michelle was contacted by the BBC to be filmed dancing for the TV programme Street Auction – A fabulous day. MBDS likes to stay in the heart of the community. The children enjoy performing in various events ie carnival, flashmobs,displays etc. MBDS has been involved in the BBC CIN Tapathon for the last 4 years. The school also has 100% exam pass rate. This year the school renamed itself from Jazz on Tap Dance Company to Michelle Bedford Dance Studios. We are a fully ‘inclusive’ school and warmly welcome pupils regardless! We have a large selection of affordable pottery suitable for all the family to create your own masterpiece. As some of you know, Pot-Sian was originally located at the 'Green shed' also known as Derw Stores in Caerwedros, which you may recognise from the photos. Unfortunately, we had to close in 2020 due to the pandemic. pottery workshop ceredigionWe are in the process of building a new studio but for the time being, we are offering take-home kits for you to paint in the comfort of your own home. Also, after a successful summer last year, we will again have a comfortable painting studio within a good sized gazebo in our garden! *This will be available during the summer months (unfortunately, it is not available over Easter). The gazebo caters for family-sized groups of up to 8 people. Booking ahead is required. We will have two 3-hour sessions a day to choose from. 10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm. These time slots allow us to clean and sanitize the area and equipment between groups. If you would like to book a table, order a take-home kit or book a group/party, you can browse the large selection available and choose your pottery by visiting my online shop or by contacting Sian on 07470 039 635. MOBILE POTTERYMobile Pottery Studio Our mobile pottery studio has in the past attended school fairs, various venues for groups, parties, and corporate events. Our aim is to continue this service. The Creative Writing Programme is one of the leading centres for creative writing in the UK. Our approach to teaching creative writing At a time when the cost of higher education has made university study an expensive luxury, our programmes offer a practical course of study, taught at university level, at an affordable price. Our innovative approach to teaching focuses on individual creativity and on teaching writing skills within the context of the creative process. Through a practical course of study designed to teach you how to build and structure narrative, our team of experienced writing tutors will help you develop your creative potential. Blended creative writing courses Work patterns and learning patterns are changing. To accommodate this new reality, as well as our in-person courses we have developed a new blended learning structure for our two-year programme. Our blended courses, aimed at local writers in the South East, are a mix of online and in person teaching, with classes taught from the Phoenix Art Space, or The Kemptown Bookshop in Brighton in early autumn and summer and online during the winter. You’ll spend the first five weeks of the Autumn Term meeting up in person, then switch to online learning as Winter sets in. We’ll stick with online classes until clocks go forward in March, then meet up again in person for the end of the Spring Term and the whole of the Summer Term. This way we make the most of what online learning has to offer, get to know each other, work together as a group, avoid travel over the winter months, stay safe and reduce our carbon footprint. We think that’s a positive.

One of the most active and welcoming Sailing Club and Watersports club in Berkshire Founded in 1965, Maidenhead Sailing Club has a long tradition locally as a friendly family sailing club where both new and seasoned sailors and paddlers feel welcome. With about 400 members, the club is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers, so you can always find a helping hand and a friendly face. Welcome to our club website, here you can find all sorts of information about what goes on at the club. From information about the staggering amount of things you can get involved with to the very latest club racing results. We offer sailing and paddling throughout the year and have activities for novices through experts. So, whether you are looking to relax or race on the water or enjoy our fantastic facilities from shore we've got something for you. We proudly opened our new deck this August and it has fast become a major draw to members to come and enjoy the wonderful facilities on offer. Our Water Activity Weeks have been enjoyed by 60+ youngsters over the two weeks this year through some of the warmest weather in recent times. The lake depth has continued to drop but remains very useable for both sailing and paddle sports with racing continued all through the summer. We're looking forward to rain and the lake depth recovering but our blue dye program has certainly helped fight back the weed. Our bar can be enjoyed each Thursday night and Sunday lunchtime and our Social Saturdays continue deep into September. In2scienceUK was founded in 2010 by Dr. Rebecca McKelvey, who aimed to provide young people from low-income and disadvantaged backgrounds an opportunity to gain practical insight into the STEM sector as well as the knowledge and confidence to progress to university. Each year In2scienceUK receives over 2,000 student applications and gives nearly 500 students the opportunity to take part in life-changing STEM placement opportunities, working alongside researchers and industry professionals to get hands-on STEM experience over the summer. To date, 75% of participants progress onto STEM degrees. This is something we are proud of, as we are not a gifted and talented programme and aim to take students of all levels studying STEM subjects.
