Hi, I am Anna. I set up WanderWomen Scotland Ltd in November 2018, in order to encourage women into the Outdoors, and to enable them to have their space the male-dominated Adventure world. Nature has been my happy place ever since growing up in East Germany, a locked-down country. Getting away from propaganda, Stasi spies and political control, getting outdoors meant freedom and truth, even if that meant holidaying in really basic huts, without electricity or flowing water, skinny dipping in all kinds of bodies of water and cooking over fire. After spending my 20s in London, turning my back on nature a little, yet still cycling everywhere, having my own children made me appreciate the outdoors again, I re-familiarised myself with the feeling of content that the seasons brought, or the reassurance of the cycles of growth in the garden, or the cycles of the moon. Disagreeing with the early school starting age in the UK, I flexi-schooled my 2 boys throughout their Primary School years, working with local rangers, counting bumble bees and orchids and doing other conservation tasks, built mandala sculptures, bug hotels, community gardens and a willow play village at a local park and set up an outdoor learning group for pre-school children. Once it was not cool enough for them anymore, spending their Mondays climbing trees and making fires with Mama, I decided I wanted to keep sharing the benefits of nature, as well as my survival skills – and with the help of a vision board, and support from family and friends, WanderWomen was born: Offering Outdoor events in a mix of mindfulness and adventure. Wild Swimming is my Meditation, Solo Camping is Selfcare, Yoga is being playful, Silence is where my Creativity gets birthed, and Walking is thinking & problem-solving. Cycling is getting me from A to B, and my competitive side manifests itself in going slower. I love the smell of fire and the sound of rain on canvas. Plant connection is strong, and I forage, appreciate and lay mandalas to practice mindfulness.

Much loved by our communities, for over 50 years Camden Art Centre has always worked ahead of the curve, giving early support and exposure to important artists from the UK and abroad including Martin Creed, Kerry James Marshall, Kara Walker, Sophie Calle, Yinka Shonibare, Mike Nelson and Mary Heilmann. We support artists at every stage of their careers, enabling them to make and show work that is relevant for today: brave, challenging, engaging and vital.

I have been part of the Senior Leadership Team at Cox Green School since 2018 and I am delighted to have been appointed to lead the school forward, working in partnership with parents and carers. As Headteacher, I will make it my duty to support our students and provide them with opportunities so that they can achieve the highest academic standards and develop their unique talents to the full. Food Is Fun creates events for all ages, from Surestart Centres to Universities, from Schools to Care Homes. Each event is customised to fit in with the curriculum, specific requirements, diets or projects. Improving relationships with food in a fun way, Food is Fun is a community interest company that reinvests profits to make a difference to people's lives, promoting healthy eating for everyone in the South West. We deliver cooking and budgeting courses and workshops to various groups across Plymouth, teaching the benefits of healthy eating and how achieving a nutritious and balanced diet for the whole family can be achieved on a low budget.   Food Is Fun CIC created what we thought would be a small group to support others with food worries caused by the pandemic. Three years on we've grown our group hugely. It’s been a tough year and food has been a huge part of that for many of us. We’ve been on an incredible journey together – baking, trying new recipes, swapping ingredients when they’re unavailable, sharing money saving tips, growing our own fruit and vegetables and sharing our successes, as well as the lessons we have learned. Folkestone's Local Radio Station 105.9 Academy FM is the Community Radio station for the Folkestone area, and an educational charity. We are unique and won School Radio Station of the Year and BBC Sounds Rising Talent Awards at the Young Audio Awards. We've also won national Community Radio Awards in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our broadcasting and educational work. We are based in the Folkestone Academy school, and broadcast to the local area on 105.9 FM and online. We have a small team of staff and a large group of volunteers. Our charitable educational work is mainly with young people - they are trained in radio production and along the way learn self-confidence and communication skills, and we run projects on literacy, science, the arts, heritage and many more subjects. We broadcast a vibrant mix of chart hits and classic tunes, and many interviews.
