From its original roots as polycarbonate and glazing bar suppliers, Twinfix now offer a full range of glazing products from the original glazing bar range to the non-fragile Multi-Link-Panel which is often incorporated into a wide variety of canopies, covered walkways and shelters. Working across many sectors, including rail, education, industrial and retail, Twinfix offers a full service from initial enquiry and advice on projects, to design, manufacture and installation. Twinfix pride themselves on product development and introducing new roofing and canopy products to the market. The Multi-Link-Panel NF is a core product. These panels are commonly used to form the glazed roof of canopies, walkways and shelters as well as overhead glazing in roof lights. Consisting of a lightweight and durable powder coated aluminium frame glazed with polycarbonate, this fix-and-link system is incredibly quick to install. It also features an innovative reinforcing technique that allows the glazed panels to pass the HSE test procedure for Non Fragile Roofing Assemblies (ACR[M]001:2019) as detailed in HSG33.

As a registered charity, we work across the world, often in very difficult circumstances, to fulfil our mission of reducing the burden of sickness and mortality in disease endemic countries. We do that through the delivery of effective interventions which improve human health and are relevant to the poorest communities. Our work in combating diseases such as TB, HIV/AIDS, malaria, dengue and lymphatic filariasis is supported by a research order book of well over £210 million. Our worldwide reputation and the calibre of our research outputs has secured funding to lead over 10 international consortia and product development partnerships aimed at reducing or eliminating the impact of diseases upon the world's poorest people. Our state-of-the-art facilities continue to develop new drugs, vaccines and pesticides which put us at the forefront of infectious disease research. As a teaching institution, we attract more than 600 students from 68 countries, from PhD research and Masters programmes to a range of professional courses, and work in partnership with health ministries, universities and research institutions worldwide to train the next generation of doctors, scientists, researchers and health professionals. The provision of technical assistance is a major component of LSTM's mission of promoting the improved health of the poor and disadvantaged peoples. Our aim is to help individuals thrive, and organisations grow and prosper.Having created and supported the University of Wolverhampton Fire and Rescue Degree programmes in 2010, Mark Taylor and Tony Prosser, Operations Command Lead & Head of Learning and Development respectively with West Midlands Fire Service, were invited in 2012 to take on the management of the course as an independent provider, a unique proposition in the UK academic community. To facilitate this Artemis Training and Development Limited (ATDL) was incorporated in 2012. Both have a passion for incident command and the Fire and Rescue Service and were subsequently invited to tutor and assess in the command school at the Fire Service College and the Emergency Planning College. The reputation of ATDL for having knowledgeable and committed instructors gained traction and the company was approached to deliver revalidation programmes for several fire and rescue services, a product that did not exist in the UK . Further product development led to a suite of Skills For Justice Awards accredited courses including ICL 1 – 4, Level 5 Train the Trainer for Incident Command, Fire Investigation and other courses including the new Command Support level 4 programme. In order to keep growing our output, associates have been engaged, all with suitable experience, qualifications and enthusiasm, to deliver our incident command courses and the University of Wolverhampton Degree programmes, now running 5 degrees – full time, part-time and distance learning both in the UK and across the globe.

In 1987 he was trained by Shin Taguchi(of ASI) in Taguchi Methods and was subsequently involved in its implementation within Lucas. He took the opportunity to bring Taguchi Methods to a wider audience by joining ASI in 1989 and quickly expanded his training portfolio into QFD and other Continuous Improvement areas. In 1996 he was trained by TRIZ Master Victor Fey and more recently successfully achieved MATRIZ level 3 certification, following extensive coaching by TRIZ Master Sergei Ikovenko. With colleague Ray Greenall they built up a successful Six Sigma training business that was taken over by BSI Management Systems in 2006. Simon left BSI in 2007 to establish SCB Associates Ltd. The technology was filed for patent by the University of Cambridge, and Breathing Buildings has exclusive rights to this IP. Since then, we have changed the world of ventilation. The company is now the UK’s leading provider of controlled hybrid and natural ventilation systems. What this means for you We are passionate about everything we do. Our philosophy is to simply to be the best. From the moment a customer has a query about how to ventilate their building, they are supported by a remarkable team of MEng and PhD engineers who help our clients design truly stunning low energy buildings with stimulating environments, superb air quality and thermal comfort. Our consulting engineers work with the design team to discuss the different ventilation options and provide in-depth analysis to ensure our buildings do not overheat. We are the only company in the industry who can provide the whole range of tools to model ventilation in buildings; dynamic thermal modelling, computational fluid dynamics, water-bath modelling, zonal modelling, analytical modelling, and bespoke energy modelling. Once a system is ordered our project engineers liaise with our UK factory to coordinate the delivery of products and control systems to sites across the UK. Our commissioning team then ensures that every system we supply is properly installed, and can be monitored as part of our after-sales service. Innovation We have an ongoing program of product development and our links with the University of Cambridge are very strong.
