In 2006 she began teaching Pilates Body Technique and one-on-one Pilates intuitions at one of the best Pilates studios in Slovenia. Soon after she moved to London, and here she gained Level 3 Personal training certification. She is qualified as an ante/post natal instructor, circuit-training instructor, indoor-cycling instructor, outdoor-personal training instructor and GP referrals coach. During nearly a decade of working with different range of clients, she has attended numerous workshops such as posture correction, lower back pain management, and nutrition. Karmen offers Personal Training and Pilates Body /Reformer techniques at MMA Urban Kings Gym in lively King’s Cross area and Bootcamp Pilates located on different areas across London. Her wide range of personal clients includes London’s city workers, artists, busy mums, expecting mums to recreational and professional fighters. K Body Studio Personal Training and Pilates specialises in posture correction, muscle imbalance reduction, lower back management, fat loss training and nutrition. Angela has her Certificate in Training Practice through the CIPD and is a member of HABIA. “I wanted a career that would allow me the flexibility I needed with a young family. I loved the idea of being able to work for myself whilst producing something of real beauty that made both me and my clients feel good, it allowed me to indulge my love of people. I learnt that education was the key to becoming a skilled nail professional and as my business flourished the demands for good nail technicians became more and more apparent. Nail services have become one of the fastest growing sectors in the beauty industry and I have now dedicated my career to teaching those skills to others.”

We noticed there was a disregard to how people were being taught to deal with their everyday job roles. They were mainly being taught ‘out of a book’ by trainers who did not actually have real life experience. This got us to thinking about other training courses that were also being taught in this way. After thorough research, we gradually began to add further training courses for businesses that needed practical training solutions for their employees – e.g. for first aid, safety and technical elements, and so their organisation would be fully regulated and compliant.
