Our studio is a warm, friendly environment where everyone is made to feel welcome, and our motto is ‘dancing should be fun’ - our emphasis is on the social side of dancing. We are a well established dance studio offering courses in Ballroom, Latin, Freestyle and many other dance styles. The Principal, Teresa Croasdale, a teacher with over 40 years experience, is a Fellow of the IDTA (International Dance Teachers’ Association) in Ballroom & Latin American, and qualified to teach a wide variety of other dance styles. We offer classes for all ages from age 3 upwards (please follow the links to see classes available) and support both Bolton and Bury Hospice, providing training for their annual dance competitions - check out our Facebook for more information. Our experienced teachers are also available for private tuition. In addition we offer traditional children's parties for up to 40 children, from the age 4 upwards. The room is also available (with a licensed bar) for functions such as wedding receptions, adult birthdays etc.

We are a small friendly diving club offering scuba diver training, club diving trips and social activities. We've been around for over 60 years, and have a range of friendly members with different diving experiences. We meet at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre on a Wednesday evening. Our pool time is 20:45 - 21:45, and we have theory sessions running beforehand. We are fortunte to have weekly access to the diving pit which is 6 metres deep. We usually meet up in the Old Queens Head pub after our pool session to share diving stories and organise trips. We dive in the UK most months and also organise trips in both the UK and overseas - see our club calendar for details of trips coming up and social events. But if you really want to get to know the club read our members stories or visit us at a club night. We welcome people new to diving and those already qualified with BSAC, PADI, CMAS, SSI etc. Please make contact and we will be in touch about how to join us!

ADD-vance is a dedicated group of professionals, who also happen to be parents of children affected by ADHD and/or Autism. Our mission is to support the families of children affected by these conditions and the professionals involved in their care. We want to increase understanding, provide support and change perceptions of these complex neurological conditions, so as to improve the wellbeing and reduce the social isolation of these young people and their families. ADD-vance is now a registered charity with a team of over 20 dedicated trainers, coaches, admin staff and volunteers. ADD-vance was set up in Hertfordshire in 1996 as a constituted voluntary organisation by Anne Ross. Anne, a parent of children affected by ADHD and Autism, found little support for mums like her so resolved to fix the situation. ADD-vance started as a telephone helpdesk in Anne’s home and grew to include support groups, training and coaching. In 2013 we registered as a charity. Today we have a small office in Hatfield that supports our trainers and coaches who work all over Hertfordshire and beyond.
