I teach guitar, ukulele and banjo lessons in Stroud, Gloucestershire, and specialise in the following styles: * folk/acoustic/singer-songwriter * country/bluegrass * pop/rock/indie * Western swing * blues/R&B/jazz basics I can help if you want to learn new techniques, want to learn a specific style or technique, are stuck in a rut with your playing or just want to have fun playing and learning! I’m currently taking on beginner, improver, intermediate & advanced players aged 12 to adult. Everyone has different challenges and interests, so I always tailor lessons to your individual needs. whsc - welsh harp sailing & windsurfing club

Home - WHSC - Sailing & Windsurfing Club in North London The Welsh Harp Sailing Club is one of the largest Sailing and Windsurfing clubs in North London. Situated on the Welsh Harp Reservoir near Brent Cross, we’re right next to where the M1 enters London, less than 8 miles from Oxford Circus and the West End. Previous experience is not necessary. We offer safe and free RYA accredited training for anyone from the age of 8 up. The club has a range of modern dinghies, including GP14s, Lasers and Toppers, as well as wetsuits and buoyancy aids, all of which are free for our members to use. Windsurfing boards and rigs with wet suits also available for your first few sessions. If you are a newcomer, you can start out by turning up to one of our Thursday Evening Training sessions, from 6PM between April and September. Once you join the Club, free training is available for Dinghy and/or Windsurfing during the summer.

Cathy has 24 years experience as a therapist and is a registered MBACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy adhering to the BACP Code of Ethics. Cathy values working therapeutically with both clients and supervisees and enjoys the unique learning process that therapy provides. Cathy has a particular interest in the traumatic impact of domestic and sexual abuse. Cathy is Chair of Trustees for the charity Compassion – addressing domestic abuse and providing long term support to victims and families. For many years Cathy sat on the DV Hate Crime Scrutiny Panel addressing domestic abuse prosecutions for the Suffolk Crown Prosecution Service and continues to provide consultancy for organisations. Cathy is enthusiastic and passionate about her work in the arena of domestic abuse, but when not working Cathy enjoys time with her family, walking, gardening, travel and catching up with friends.
