It allows us to go behind and beyond the surface of things, to understand why and how certain situations occur in our lives. Shamanism is a spiritual practice that goes beyond every beliefs and culture and is about trying to reach our full potential as we walk on planet earth, so connecting ourselves to the whole. Shamans were described as the first physicians, magicians, artists, storytellers, spiritual beings. But shamans are healers that make changes in invisible realms to help healing in the ordinary reality of the community. Shamans see in the darkness (which is the meaning of the Siberian word “Shaman”) while connecting with the divine outside the time in an altered state of consciousness. We can work together using different methods: A) Shamanic healing We can work together to solve one of these imbalances in your life, where you feel: lost and without life purpose, unhappy and unsatisfied, anxious and worried, overwhelmed and stressed, without energy and hope, uncertain about your future, stuck in repetitive dynamics, unable to manifest abundance, incapable of making decisions,not aligned with your heart, disconnected from the universe,impatient and impulsive, not focused and balanced, with low esteem and more? B) Ikigai coaching to find your soul mission through shamanic work Ikigai is the manifestation, the realization of who you are. It has always been with you, it is your reason for being. Some people are lucky to find a job that corresponds to their true passion. They earn a living doing what they love. But there are a lot of people that do not have such a privilege or can’t find the courage for such a big change.The Japanese people from the island of Okinawa have a word for you: Ikigai. It’s your “reason for being”, where you combine what you love with what you are good. Ikigai is 'what makes you happy to get out of bed in the morning' and is formed by the union of two words: iki which means 'life' and gai that is 'what is worthwhile' which the ancients called “happiness”, your soul mission. Our session together will be a deep inner journey, suitable for those who already know their life mission and those who have no clue at all about it or just are not aware how to combine their gifts and skills. You will reconnect with your inner voice and true skills to realize your true life mission. C) 1-1 Shamanic Divination and find your 9 power animals Everyone has nine power or totem animals that emulate each person’s abilities, talents and challenges. For example if a person is connected to Wolf as a power animal, that person is a born teacher, pathfinder, innovator. This does not mean that the person has acknowledged the gifts. The 9 animals are one for each of Direction (4 plus above, below, within) and two animals that walk aside you each time and that maybe have come to you in dreams for years or that you are simply drawn to. Through the use of cards, while connecting to my Spirit Allies, I will find out which animals are your main guides into your life.  Afterwards you will have the opportunity, while tuning with the 9 animals,  A) to ask a burning question. Divination does not mean to foresee future, but to tune your own wisdom to be guided about how to read your inner light simply using a stone.  You will need 3 medium/big stones with some marks on them and we will then choose 1 and I will guide you through the full process, both online or in person.  B) or to receive your full essence and symbol from me though "soul remembrance : I will undertake a shamanic journey for you to retrieve the essence of your gifts and talents and a symbol to be blown into your solar plexus. This can be done online or in person D) Spiritual Mentoring I am happy to help you with any questions you have about spirituality, about your personal journey, about any doubts you may have about the next steps to take in life. E) Meditation Struggling with your practice or even to sit down quietly for more than 10 minutes? Meditation is simply the creation of a nice space, it’s not achieving exctasy, it’s slowing down and doing something with mindfulness.  It is familiarizing with knowledge and bring it to practice. Meditation on a concept is not reflecting on something, it’s to feel it deeply- First you learn how to meditate, then you use it as one of the most precious tools of change. So 1) we learn 2) we understand 3) we familiarize…...and we change! These sessions are designed for your bespoke challenges and needings, for those that feel the urge to quiet the mind and find focus and concentration in their daily life. There is no labelling about the style of these classes, no schools imprinting. My approach is creative and flows according to what my intuition suggests the student would benefit for. There will be adequate time for you to sit with the effects of each medicine while we sing and play to guide you on your journey. The Plant Medicines Cacao is known as the "food of the gods.” It has been used for centuries in ceremonial settings to open the heart, connect with our inner essence, and clear stagnant emotional energy from the body. Sip on a warm cup of ceremonial Cacao, prepared with intention and love, as it takes you on a journey and guides you back to your heart. Rapé is a powerful shamanic medicine renowned for its purifying and grounding properties. It is snuff made from tobacco and other medicinal or sacred trees which is applied by being blown into each nostril. Our team will offer individual servings of high-quality Rapé, made by indigenous tribes. You will have the opportunity to choose the strength of your dose, allowing you to navigate this sacred medicine at your own pace. The application of Rapé immediately focuses the mind, stops its chattering, and creates space. It helps release emotional, physical, and spiritual illness and eases negativity and confusion, facilitating clarity, alignment, and a profound connection with yourself. Sananga is a traditional Brazilian medicine used for both spiritual and physical healing. Sananga possesses the ability to clear blocked energies, offering emotional, spiritual, and physical release. The plant-based eye drops are said to enhance eyesight and have long been used by indigenous tribes to prevent and treat ocular diseases like glaucoma, cataracts, near-sightedness, and blindness. Preparation You are advised to fast (just water) for at least one hour before the ceremony and avoid any heavily processed or fried foods during the day. Please wear comfortable clothing. Event Schedule 18:45 Doors open Ceremonial Cacao and herbal tea is served  19:00 Sound Bath introduction 19:15 Sound Bath commences 20:00 Sound Bath concludes 20:15 All guests to depart *Please arrive no later than 19:00    Contraindiactions Whilst both Ceremonial Cacao and Sound Therapy are safe on the whole, like many therapeutic treatments and medicines, there are a few contraindications to be aware of. With this in mind please read the below and if booking for more than one person please forward this email on so everyone is aware and in turn looked after.   Ceremonial Cacao Contraindications Between 6.45pm and 7pm there will be optional Ceremonial Cacao served, which can enhance your experience of the Sound Bath. If choosing to drink some of the cacao provided as part of your ticket, please make sure you are well hydrated before coming to the session, as cacao can be dehydrating (a little like tea and coffee). If you are on MAOI based antidepressants, cacao naturally contains tyramine, which is contraindicative of your medication. Cacao is not suitable for anyone with serious heart conditions, low blood pressure, or anyone on blood thinning or blood pressure lowering medication, as it is a vasodilator. It is also not suitable for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. The cacao served during ceremonies is 20g per serving (based on one cup per person). The recommended daily dosage should not exceed 50g. The cacao will be made with 100% pure cacao, water and coconut milk. If you have any contraindications or allergies there will also be a variety of herbal teas available for your perusal.    Sound Therapy Contraindications The only absolute contraindication for Sound Therapy is if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Although there is no evidence that sound therapy would do any harm to an unborn child this is a standard requirement for insurance purposes across most holistic practices.   If you suffer with Epilepsy or seizures please let the host know in advance of the event. It is unlikely the sound frequencies used would trigger a seizure but by letting the host know we can ensure your needs are met. The Sound Bath itself is designed to encourage you into a deep state of relaxation that can produce imagery. With this in mind if you suffer with mental health challenges such as depression or anxiety the Sound Bath could be triggering. If this is a concern please contact the host directly and we are happy to chat this through with you. It is very rare, but occasionally sound frequencies set unsympathetic resonance with metal implants in the body. There is no problem with this, but if you do have metal plates in your body please let the host know upon arrival so we can check in advance if your implant causes any pain or discomfort. If you require lifesaving medication please let the host know upon arrival so we can ensure your needs are met also.    Inclusivity Policy This event is for anyone 16 years+ unfortunately children under 16 are not permitted. This session is warmly open to all, irrespective of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture or religious beliefs. The venue and event is wheelchair-friendly however please inform the host if you require physical support to enter and/or leave the venue.

IICCT Level 1 Chocolate Tasting is a certified course. It lays the sensory foundation for your journey as a Chocolate Taster, introduces chocolate making in the fine and craft chocolate world, and takes you through where cacao comes from and how it is produced. The course and teaching will we led by IICCT Teacher, Chocolate Educator and International Chocolate Judge Kathryn Laverack in her home town of Louth in Lincolnshire, within driving distance of the UK's first micro-batch chocolate maker Duffy's Chocolate.

The IICCT Combined Level 1 and Level 2 course takes you directly through to Intermediate level in a concentrated four-day workshop course. Taught in-person by a teaching team led by IICCT Teacher, Chocolate Educator and International Chocolate Judge Kathryn Laverack with a half a day taught at the micro-batch chocolate factory with Duffy Sheardown at Duffy's Chocolate.
