Session 0: Intro A quick, free, intro to the course so you know what you’re getting into! Includes couple of writing exercises to get you going.

What is Stress and what is burnout? What are some of the very real physical symptoms that we experience and how do we counteract these. This session takes the time to explore what is going on in our bodies and minds at times of stress and looks at some ways to bring balance back to our systems.

Truth on the Roof is a special project dedicated to conscious storytelling, offering young individuals the opportunity to express themselves and engage in discussions about various social issues through art forms like poetry, music, and spoken word.

We engage trainees in professional productions for on and off stage experience, and in collaborative works with other artists and musicians. Admission is by audition only (min age 16) no educational qualifications required, as admission is based on Potential, Passion and Perseverance that are essentials required to thrive in this industry and in life!
