Keith is a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), who believes in delivering driver training specific to your learning style and particular needs. He has a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and previously worked in the NHS. He has vast experience of working with people experiencing anxiety and road traffic trauma and has developed specific techniques to help people build confidence and manage those driving test nerves on the lead up to that all important "test". He is patient and understanding and will work in partnership with you to reach your true potential as a driver. Learning to drive can be a stressful experience and Keith has specific skills, using techniques to help to help you manage this stress. He has also developed techniques to enhance learning. The first, using acoustic encoding to help you remember aspects of driving and secondly using using video to aid semantic memory, which helps you understand and give meaning to the skill you are developing. He has excellent communication skills and teaches you in a way that helps you to reflect on the skills you are learning and develop these skills progressively each lesson. Keith believes in offering value for money and you will know exactly what you are are focussing on each lesson and when you are ready for your test you will feel fully prepared. He even has an approach to cope with those test centre nerves! When Keith is not out in the car he enjoys trail and hill walking.

Fitness and wellbeing to me is not only an occupation; it’s a huge part of my lifestyle and one of my biggest passions. At 23 years old, I retired from the world of dance after qualifying at world class competition level. From then, I moved into the fitness industry and qualified as an Aerobics instructor, taking classes with up to 100 participants. During that time, I qualified with the YMCA and the RSA (Royal Society of Arts). As well as Aerobics, I have taught a large selection of group classes including Step, Pilates, Yoga, Circuit Training, Boxercise and Kettle Bells to name a few. I have a wealth of experience in the fitness industry and have worked with people from all walks of life to help them achieve their desired goals. Originally from Glasgow, I moved to London and lived there for over 20 years. In London I worked as a Personal Trainer as well as a health and confidence coach and clinical hypnotherapist and trained/coached clients on a one-to-one basis from the comfort of their own home. In 2019, I finally moved back to Glasgow so I could spend more quality time with my loved ones. I am a friendly, courteous and straightforward man who is extremely passionate about helping people live a happier life. As well as seeing the best in people, I have a strong desire to see others succeed.

Hi I’m Helen! I am a fully qualified dance teacher with the International Dance Teachers’ Association running dance and dance- inspired fitness classes in Sheffield. Awards ‘Dance Fitness Instructor of the Year 2019 – South Yorkshire’ – August 2019 – Northern Enterprise Awards ‘Best Dance Fitness Instructor 2018 – South Yorkshire’ – August 2018 – Yorkshire and the Humber Enterprise Awards. Why do you teach? I have been teaching dance since I was 17. There is nothing more rewarding than helping my students realise their potential. I’ve always been so passionate about dancing and its benefits so in 2014 I decided to branch out into teaching dance-inspired fitness classes for adults. Since then I have discovered a real passion for encouraging people to get into exercise through the use of fun, dance based workout routines. I love helping my class members achieve their goals. The Dance Fit with Helen mission! Through dance, exercising can be fun and it should be fun otherwise you won’t want to do it! My mission is to break down this barrier of women feeling too self-conscious to go to an exercise class because of low body confidence and self-esteem. Aerial and Circus Arts Studio based in Surrey!Welcome to CirqueScape! Do you want to get stronger, meet new friends, increase your confidence, or just learn a fun new skill? Come on down and join in the fun! Whether it’s your first time trying circus classes or you’re already a seasoned pro, we’re looking forward to meeting you! The two broad disciplines in trapeze are swinging and static. Our classes are in a form of static trapeze, which means we let the trapeze hang straight down without swinging on it. Both of the ropes are rigged from the same point in our classes, meaning that the ropes and bar form a large triangle shape and the trapeze can spin freely on the rigging point. This setup is commonly referred to as a “dance trapeze” setup. Our classes focus on making shapes on the equipment and moving through sequences, gradually building your skills as you get stronger and more confident. But these sessions will also help you build relevant strength and knowledge to give you a headstart if you ever decided to give flying trapeze a go in the future. People are often surprised by how much they achieve in their first trapeze session. So if you’re not sure if you’ll have enough strength for it, why not just come down and give it a go? We’re very friendly, we have a lot of fun, and you might just surprise yourself along the way!
