The driving standards agency (DVSA) i.e. the people that will be conducting your driving test recommend that the average number of lessons required to pass the test of practical ability is around 47 hours with a qualified instructor plus up to 20 hours of private practice. This may sound a lot but remember you are requiring a life skill and in order to pass you need to prove to the examiner that you are competent on today’s roads with an understanding of all the elements of the DVSA syllabus. Level Road Driver Training offers the complete package from start to finish. We are not teaching you just to pass the driving test but teaching you safe driving for life. We follow the DVSA syllabus in a structured way, each lesson will complete with a reflective log (client centred learning) so you are aware of how you are progressing showing strengths and also areas of improvement which sets the goal for the next session. It is recorded so both you and your instructor know where in the learning process you are. On line Theory tuition is available to all customers as part of your driving course.

I am currently self-employed private tutor within South Yorkshire region working with a broad range of students; this also includes SEN and adult learners. I have taught all three sciences at KS2, KS3 and KS4 across several exam boards and have also taught the iGCSE CIE curriculum. I have now extended my subjects to include Maths at KS2, KS3 and KS4 and will soon be offering A-Level Maths. I also offer A-Level Biology and A-Level Chemistry tuition. I have been tutoring for just over four years now, with four years worth of teaching experience in total. My students have made excellent progress and received their target grades or better, and thoroughly enjoyed our tutorials together. I have a tailored approach to each student’s needs, weaknesses and strengths and work towards targets and achievable goals. I like to pre-plan all lessons with self-learning material, taught material, questions, exam-style questions and application of knowledge questions. I also like to set additional (optional) tasks which can be done after tutoring sessions to secure knowledge. If students wish to receive any additional support outside of the tutoring session, I offer email support for no additional cost.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8am until 6pm all year round and closed on bank holidays and the period between christmas and new year Clarence House Nursery, set in the leafy West End of Glasgow, has indoor and outdoor facilities. Shirley Hexley, the nursery owner, has been providing wraparound childcare since 1998 for 0-5 year olds. Clarence House has an excellent reputation for having a calm and nurturing environment that encourages children to be independent, develop social skills and explore new experiences. Staff are committed to understanding the individual needs of each child and work closely with parents to consolidate learning and help each child reach their full potential.
