Sue and Rebecca, the owner-directors of the company, first worked together in 1993 in various HR and learning and development roles for Northern Foods plc. They became job-share partners in 1999 while both were managing the demands of work and new family commitments – between them they have seven sons – and they have worked together on various projects ever since. Sue founded Developing Success Ltd in 2006, and Rebecca joined her in the business in 2018.
