Performance Development Coaching provides a safe space for individuals to explore new ideas and techniques without judgement, fostering personal growth and benefiting the wider business. Sessions are confidential, 90 minutes long, and tailored to individual developmental needs, with a bi-weekly schedule of six sessions suggested. This OCN London accredited three-day course is unit one of the National Certificate in Workplace Mediation™. Essentials of Mediation™ covers the key areas to develop the core competencies required to undertake mediation casework within the workplace. The programme trains individuals to the highest standards in mediation best practice (via the FAIR mediation model), active listening, non-violent communication (NVC) and problem-solving.

Hypnotherapy Training Course

This is the Alan d signature course. Aimed at barbers returning to the industry or experience barbers feeling ‘bogged down’ with their everyday routine and looking for inspiration. It’s also ideal for those trained in Ladies Hairdressing who haven’t been formally trained in the latest barbering techniques. You will learn the 5 Alan d Foundation Barbering haircuts along with use of clippers, fading, and beard & moustache trimming.
