We have a range of pottery classes and ceramic art workshops, for beginners to experienced. MINDFULNESS WITH CLAY WORKSHOP

Why Qigong and Breathwork?
Qigong is breathwork (Qi is Breath), it is an amazing way of opening and clearing the body, of making space for our healthy energy to flow. It allows us to stay relaxed and receptive without forcing or pushing. It is easy to learn and naturally attuned to your individual body and how it wants to expand, release and recharge.
Breathwork is simply bringing our conscious attention to our breath and is one of the most powerful ways we have to change our state at any given moment. In the course i will introduce you to eight different breath techniques to help you to breathe better. Commit to just 10mins a day and you’ll be amazed at the results you can achieve.

You will be told about the other courses we offer so that you can make an informed choice about further learning. Participants in this course often move on to our Introduction to Paper Craft and Mixed Media Course that will introduce you to the basic materials, tools, equipment and techniques used. Craft4Smiles C.I.C. 

A standalone 10-week quilling course - 2 hours per week online with daytime and evening options - that will introduce you to the materials, tools, and techniques used in quilling and to Craft4Smiles C.I.C and our tutors.   At the end of each session you will have a lovely quilled item to show family and friends or to display on your shelf!  All materials and equipment needed will be supplied and are yours to keep. This course is helpful for those for whom English is not their native tongue as there is a lot of repetition of basic terms including numbers, colours and directions.
