I have taken some of my successful face to face sessions and turned them into successful online programs. The only equipment you need is smart phone, a tablet or laptop. There is something for people who just want to get going with minimal support, or we can work together to create something completely personal to you that gives you as much support and accountability as you want. All my online programs include nutrition and habit coaching and are fully achievable to complete at home. You can log in via my app, follow the routine and log your activity. Depending on the program you choose, I will then review your activity and help you along the way. I also do LIVE sessions you can join in with. FACE TO FACE Training With the face to face training, you’ll need to live in Shrewsbury, Oswestry or the Surrounding villages. I have a totally private gym area at home, so if you’re uncomfortable with the mainstream gym or struggle to find the time to go, this is a perfect option for you. Together we will create a plan that works towards your goals. We will also have a good chat and a laugh as we go. You’ll get access to the fitness app, a private Facebook group and LIVE online sessions. NUTRITION COACHING I have various levels of nutrition coaching options which can be as basic or as in-depth as you need them to be. We’ll work together with the support of a nutriton app, making it easy to do on the go. Depending on the level you choose, you’ll either get hints and tips along the way or a full ‘hold your hand’ service that includes video and phone support if needed. What’s Next? Pop over to the ‘Training Options’ section, choose the program that’s right for you and create your account. You’ll get a welcome email instantly with guidance, then I will contact you within 24 hours, to find out about your goals.

Body Confidence Wellness

Hi, I’m Justine. Welcome to Body Confidence Wellness, where you will find Body Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching, Body Confidence Fitness, and Body Confidence Products. In 2020 we all had to make changes to the way we work, the way we live, the way we interact with family, friends, and colleagues, and we’ve all made changes to our wellbeing. Some for the positive and some less so. When reflecting on what I believe we all need right now, and when I looked to put all my previous experience together, it made absolute sense to put it all together with Body Confidence Wellness. I provide women with Body Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching packages, and a safe & fun environment to exercise together online. What’s safer and more fun than working out in the comfort of your own home? I owned and managed a Curves, Fitness for Women franchise for 5 years, and worked as a Circuit Coach in 2 other Curves franchises before that. It was at Curves that I worked with over 500 women, each one had her own unique requirements and goals. And it was there that I developed a real passion for helping women of all ages, different shapes & sizes, and varied physical abilities to reach their potential. While at Curves, I developed not only my passion for working with women on a physical health level, but I learned that we have to work on ourselves and our confidence from the inside too, on an emotional and mental health level as well! When I discovered the Institute for Body Confidence Coaching™, where I am now certified, everything fell into place! All the work I’d done previously, the love I have for the holistic body, and working with women to achieve their goals and potential. And that’s how Body Confidence Wellness came to be. Thank you for visiting the Body Confidence Wellness website. I look forward to hearing from you.

From a tiny enterprise in a spare bedroom to the largest independent first aid training provider in the UK, get to know imperative training... Humble beginnings In the third bedroom of David and Rachael Howarth's first home is where imperative training truly began in 2003. But instead of the 20 full-time staff and 200+ nationwide trainers we have today, there was just one first aid trainer in the company - and this was David! (But you can call him Dave). With a goal to become the number one first aid training company in the UK, Dave and Rachael focused on filling their freelance training diary to first begin establishing imperative training's own customer base. It was this which laid the foundation for Dave to develop the dynamic, fun and unique training style we still proudly deliver to this day. From day one, Dave and Rachael strived to work with blue chip organisations, knowing that these businesses would share the same values and goals as the growing imperative brand. Despite a challenging economic climate, Dave and Rachael were able to build a successful business and in 2005 were thrilled to welcome House of Fraser as their first major client, who still to this day chooses to work with imperative training. Nationwide Trainers, Accreditations and More... Since 2006 imperative training has gone from strength to strength, welcoming a large team of nationwide trainers to teach our courses and hiring a Trainer Manager to ensure the delivery of each session is the same high-quality and engaging experience as when Dave first began the company. Fast-forward to 2011 where we launched our websites, featuring our suite of online health and safety courses including Food Safety, Manual Handling and AED Training as well as being a hub for our exclusive first aid tips and informative blog articles. Since establishing ourselves in the training world, we've welcomed big brand names to our customer base and have continued to build strong business relations with them to this day! So far we've worked with clients such as Starbucks, Sainsbury's, Costco, Kidsunlimited, Selfridges and Radisson Edwardian Blu Hotels and look forward to building relationships with more companies as we continue to expand and grow. In October 2013, the HSE dropped approval for first aid and training companies, leaving us to choose between continuing to provide our training courses with no approval or become an accredited provider. For us, this decision was a no-brainer; of course we wanted to be able to provide accredited courses to our clients! And so we became a Diamond Approved Centre of TQUK, this means all of our training is of the highest quality and we can proudly provide nationally recognised qualifications to our learners. Going Above and Beyond Since first becoming established as a company in 2003, imperative training has gone above and beyond not only in the first-class training is provides, but in its determination to develop, grow and constantly come out on top against any other organisation. As we first began to become known in the training world, we created our very own set of company PILOT values which we strive to embody in every aspect of work we do, these are Passionate, Integrity, Learning, Ownership and Team Work. These values provide a clear insight to how we work as a company; one which cares not only about the high standards that we regularly deliver, but how as a small company we can take on a big business mindset in order to achieve our goals and also the care we take towards the well-being of our own team which has helped build the success of the brand. So what's next for imperative training? Well you'll have to stay tuned for that one. Last year saw us launch our exclusive first aid app as well as develop our new range of exciting E-learning courses which debuted earlier this year. 2016 also allowed us to broaden our range by unveiling a selection of open courses which has helped us provide learners with a variety of learning options, giving everyone the opportunity to reach their goals. No matter what our plans, we aim to deliver each one with the same passion and purpose which first created imperative training, to continue to make the success of Dave and Rachael's dream a reality.

The Writers' Gym

I’m a fiction and non-fiction author, freelance writer and presenter, with a background in directing and performing. I coach communication and performance as life skills: whether you’re onstage or offstage, working the switchboard or boardroom, interviewee or interviewer, an authentic relationship with your audience builds you confidence and turns their day around. To explore coaching for life, work and art, book a free 30-minute consultation call. Or, grab one of six places (and a free copy of my Creative Writing Toolkit book) when you join Green Ink Writers’ Gym at Olympic Studios, Barnes on 22 October! I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), hold a LAMDA Diploma of Speech and Drama Education (LSDE) and a PGCert in Teaching Creative Writing from the University of Cambridge. I moved away from theatre to finish my PhD and focus on writing, but the years I spent acting and directing formed my fascination with perception and reality, and how the roles we play in life affect our identity. That’s why I love coaching, and the power the right coaching space and time has to clarify aims, develop confidence and create authenticity in life, work and art. You’ll also find those themes of authenticity, identity and communication in my short story collection, Beyond Glass (Black Shuck Books, May 2021; second collection to be published 2023), in the stories I’ve contributed to anthologies such as the 2022 British Fantasy Award-nominated Dreamland (Black Shuck Books) and Uncertainties Vol. 3 (Swan River Press, featuring Joyce Carol Oates) as well as in my regular features and short stories for magazines, including Starburst and Jewish Renaissance. I’m also the author of Your Creative Writing Toolkit and GCSE Drama Revision and Study Guide (Illuminate/Hodder Education). To explore your artistic, personal and professional goals or develop your confidence, communication or performance for work, art and life, book your free 30-minute introduction to coaching, or sign up for my newsletter. You can also email any questions here. I’d love to hear from you!
