This online training session develops knowledge; understanding and awareness of domestic violence/abuse with a focus on the aftermath of an attempted domestic homicide. It provides a safe learning space to improve knowledge and understanding of key issues and confidence to respond and improve your work practice.

Statistics show that 1 in 5 women have been sexually assaulted but sadly we know the real number is much higher than that. From teaching thousands of women in self defence, we know that most women have experienced either an assault, an attack, stalking, unwanted attention or physical or emotional abuse from a partner. This is not acceptable. Taking the time to learn about self defence of the body and the mind will give you the knowledge and the power to avoid becoming part of these statistics.
