Having taken a career break to raise her daughter and support her through her education, Louise and Hayley met at their daughter’s primary school. They realised quickly that they shared a passion for supporting and nurturing young adults to their full potential. Setting up Education Guardianship in 2021 to support international students in local schools, Louise and Hayley run the business together taking a hands-on approach to the pastoral care and support of the students in their care. Together Louise and Hayley run Education Guardianship, taking a hands-on approach to the pastoral care and support of the international students in their care. When not focussing her energies on caring for EG students, Louise loves to spend time with her family. She is involved with the local arts community, enjoys painting, travel, baking and walking her two dogs on the beach.

About the Academy Our academy was established in Great Britain in 2012, its founder is a professional photographer, documentary filmmaker and graphic designer Mariusz Śmiejek, who published his photos in magazines around the world, winner of many awards, including the National Geographic magazine award for the best photojournalism. With a great passion for sharing knowledge, and a lot of experience in conducting workshops outdoors and in the studio, we offer intensive weekend photography workshops and courses for beginners, intermediate users of digital cameras. We also run several-day workshops for advanced photographers who are thinking about the next steps towards professional photography and for enthusiasts who want to learn how professionals work, listen to their tips and learn their secrets. We provide a wonderful, cordial atmosphere in an intimate group of positively "freaky" photography enthusiasts, which usually results in long acquaintances. The tax rebate can be monetized by our financial department if our company is contractually the line producer. We will analyse your project at least already artistically packaged and with an attached seller. Manufacturing The company provides solutions for producers willing to shoot in the archipelago, bringing for principal photography: crews, technical equipment, Administration, production and post production facilities, studios rental, transports and accomodations, preps accommodations. Coproduction The company offers coproduction financing for european qualified content in getting subsidies and/or presales from Spain and/or France. Projects are analyzed by our team and greenlight if we feel there is an opportunity for a coproduction. Financing The company offers producers a tokenization platform to set up club deals with our crypto investors’ community in order to replace fully or partially a senior debt or a gap financing, the mass of creditors are managed by our technical partner. This token issue relies on a portion of the film’s future revenues, it is considered as a senior debt and cannot exceed 22% of the overall budget. Our analyst team will look at the financial structure including the sales company, the completion bond and front end revenues. The fund raising will be made on best efforts and its achievement cannot be guaranteed.

Films Without Borders (FWB) is a non-political UK registered charity that provides hands-on educational filmmaking workshops for youth between the ages of 15 – 19, living in challenging countries around the globe. FWB’s intention is to break down barriers, build bridges, and create a dialogue whilst simultaneously teaching youth the first stages of film production.. Since our launch in 2010 we have run more than 20 successful workshops in countries which include Israel, Rwanda, South Africa, Palestine, and most recently in aboriginal communities in Australia, enabling us to access over 300 young people living at risk. Our FWB participants subsequently made a series of high quality short films, which have been screened at prestigious international film festivals, including the Cannes International Film Festival. We are delighted that our films were screened during royal visits in Australia and South Africa, where they were shown in the presence of President Zuma and the Earl and Countess of Wessex. The films have also been shown on various networks around the world. In 2013 FWB won the Brit Week Innovation in Philanthropy Award in Los Angeles. In 2014 FWB arranged paid work experience at the Jerusalem Cinemathèque/Film Festival for a Palestinian FWB participant. She continues to work for the organization on a paid freelance basis. In 2015 we are delighted to announce that Lionsgate UK has supported three internships, one with a casting director and two on a major feature film. The interns are from Israel, Rwanda and a South African township. This has resulted in the Israeli intern working on a paid freelance basis for the casting director. The South African intern has been moved out of the township and placed into a job created by S-ABC in South Africa. This has all been initiated and financially supported by FWB. We are currently looking at supporting a Masters in film for the Rwandan participant. We share an independent partnership with the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, whereby we incorporate award participants into FWB’s global workshops. Our other major partners include Swarovski, Lionsgate UK, Swiss International Airlines, Twickenham Studios, Deluxe Post Production/Encore, The Editpool.
