Each seminar is limited to a maximum of 10 NED participants, reflecting a range of experience, and is conducted under Chatham House Rule conditions to facilitate free exchange of views and insights. Only one representative from the same organisation is present at each seminar to stimulate independent participation.

We are a small team with over a century of experience between us, both being and supporting trustees and governors in schools and academy trusts. We have also been 'on the other side of the table', as management accountable to corporate governance. We are based near Rochester in Kent but are more than happy to travel. What's our why? I am passionate about governance and it has always been a privilege to work with dedicated, volunteer governors, assisting them in developing their knowledge, skills and evidence. I have also been delighted to play a key role in helping Trusts to develop their Trust Boards and local governance. I have written many schemes of delegation for academy trusts and developed over eight local governance handbooks.
