Classes for all ages and abilities, in a friendly environment that is welcoming to everybody. Whether training to compete or for fitness and health benefits, we have classes for you.Based in Upper Holloway (N19), Islington Boxing Club provides boxing sessions for the whole community, ranging from Competitive Boxing Classes, Beginners Academy Classes, Infants Classes for boys & girls between 5-8 years old and Recreational Keep Fit sessions. The club especially look for and encourage young people to attend, giving them a focus, showing them discipline and teaching camaraderie. IBC cater for serious boxers who want to compete as well as recreational who can enjoy the same rigorous workouts without the full contact combat. IBC has also started working with local schools that train at the club as well as other boxing themed activities such as Chess Boxing. In the next few years we hope to redevelop the site with a purpose-built new gym and community area for local use. Islington Council have granted the club a 25-year lease and upon completion of the project, the lease will extend a further 99 years.

Welcome to the Rochester Diocesan Board of Education, originally incorporated in 1895, is both a registered charity and a limited company that exists to support Church of England schools and academies in the Diocese of Rochester. Our Church schools and academies are distinctive, fully inclusive and welcoming of diverse faiths, cultures and ethnicities serving the communities in the four local authorities of Kent, Medway, and the London boroughs of Bromley and Bexley. There are 89 Church schools and academies within the Diocesan family of Church schools providing a Christian education through the state sector to some 27,000 children aged from 4 to 19. Our Church schools and academies are diverse from small to large, rural to urban and are reflective of the communities they serve. The common feature is one of providing a distinctive and nurturing education to its pupils and serving the needs of young people and their families in the community as a whole. Our Church schools, academies and parishes have thousands of volunteers across the Diocese who encourage children and young people to grow in their Christian faith and we are most grateful for their service. Autism Plus was formed in 1986 by a group of passionate parents. Since then we have supported thousands of people on their journeys to more independence We support adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs We were created by a group of parents in 1986 who were looking for the very best support for their children who were about to leave a specialist school. Once they reached 17, they found there was little or no support. Coming together they established Autism Plus in the market town of Thorne, near Doncaster to provide person centred support in residential living, and learning for adults and young people with autism and learning disabilities. The belief set by our founding parents, to empower more people to live independent, fulfilling lives remains our focus today. Today, as a leading Yorkshire charity we are empowering more people every day to achieve more than they had dared to dream was possible. We employ over 450 people across the north of England in care support services, employment support and social enterprise businesses. Choice Choice is central to our vision. You and I can choose where and how we live, what we eat, wear and do. Children Unite is a registered charity that promotes participatory approaches to working with exploited children. Since 2010 we have worked in over 15 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America with children's rights agencies and donors that are supporting exploited children and young people. Through consultancy : We work with NGOs and donors that support exploited children and young people. Our advice service builds organisations' capacity to integrate children's participation into organisational policy and structure, and develop programmes that are based on needs identified by children themselves. Our technical advice and consultancy includes programme evaluation and grant assessment, qualitative research and policy reviews as well as capacity building and training staff and children. Through our projects : We facilitate children's activism and advocacy in order to influence national and international policy and practice. We design and co-ordinate participatory research and projects that empower exploited children. We have successfully supported child domestic workers to campaign nationally and internationally; influencing the International Labour Organisation's Domestic Workers Convention and introducing local by-laws to protect children from exploitation. Supported Contact Services For young people growing up in our care system the time spent with family is often an infrequent and special occasion. On average a young person in long-term foster care is likely to have the opportunity to spend time with their parents and siblings four to six times per year. It is often hard for families to come to terms with the fact that they are not able to live together- it is vital that when they can spend time together it is supported, constructive and safe. We offer a choice of activity based environments for our supported contact sessions, our staff provide support and encouragement for young people and their families to engage in a range of activities, strengthening relationships and providing guidance where needed. This results in everyone getting a positive experience from the time spent together and the activity focus can help to detract from painful memories.

Message to parents More Than Ed continues to operate as normal. We will not be wearing facemasks, or asking your children to do so, as we do not work in confined spaces and all young people at More Than Ed are classed as SEN. However, should you wish us or your child to wear a facemask in the car due to someone in your family being at higher risk of infection, please inform us. All students' temperatures will be taken prior to their journey to school, and any child that appears to have a higher than normal temperature will be asked to remain at home until they have received a negative COVID-19 test result (not a Lateral Flow Test result.) More Than Ed Therapeutic Provision offers a therapeutic education in a nurture-based environment for young people at risk of permanent exclusion from mainstream school, or those who have already been excluded. As an Attachment and Trauma Aware Provision, we offer in-house Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy. All our staff will adhere to all Government restrictions when not at work so that your child and family are protected as much as possible. Please ensure that you and your family continue to follow all rules and restrictions in order to help keep our staff and other students safe.

Rochdale Connections Trust are the leading independent provider of Domestic Abuse services, family support services and targeted youth support interventions throughout the Borough of Rochdale. We were founded in 1997 by a group of local Youth Court Magistrates concerned by the number of young people coming before them who were disengaged from education with little or no family support. They soon realised that in order to impact effectively the offer of support needed to be extended to incorporate a whole family approach and employed key workers to offer supportive mentoring and bespoke interventions based on identified needs. Volunteer Mentors were recruited and utilised to provide sustained support to clients, most notably troubled adolescents and their families. 25 years after our inception the Charity is deeply embedded in the diverse local communities of Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton and The Pennines townships, particularly those with greatest need. We are trusted by residents, with a good word of mouth reputation. By knowing our community, understanding the complexity of the issues faced and evolving as an organisation to meet changing social, health and wellbeing needs. We remain wholly committed to our core work with vulnerable, disadvantaged children, young people and their families, delivering intense, supportive interventions designed to prevent disengagement including a package of bespoke mentoring support, group work and 1:1 sessions; in addition to dedicated work with the family.
