 When I experienced kinesiology for digestive issues, it literally changed my life for the better. My digestive discomfort disappeared, I had more energy and felt the recommendations given for dietary choices improved my health and wellbeing. From that moment, I was determined to learn and train as a Kinesiologist to support friends, family and clients with health conditions. Having practised kinesiology for over 10 years, I have supported clients with varying health problems including digestive, fertility, hormonal, stress, structural/joint issues, skin conditions as well as clients in pain. I love seeing the progress of individuals who have felt the benefit of the session. I give guidance and support for lifestyle and nutritional changes so clients can make informed decisions on improving their health and wellbeing. I am also passionate about delivering both the Foundation and Diploma courses in kinesiology. I provide personalised courses to suit all levels of expertise and tailor the course to suit your individual needs and requirements. Whether it's learning the foundation course to add muscle response testing and techniques to current qualification or for supporting family and friends, foundation Kinesiology is a great starting point for balanced health.  Richard Brookshaw is a highly skilled dental implant surgeon. He has placed more than 5000 implants and is one of only a handful of implant surgeons nationwide who can carry out implant surgery in patients with extreme bone loss, using specifically designed zygomatic implants. Richard is both nationally and internationally respected as a lecturer and mentor in Implant Dentistry, immediate same day implants and CT scanning & planning for implant surgery. He also lectures for Nobel Biocare nationally and internationally on a range of advanced implant techniques and is a regular lecturer and contributor to their World Tour. Richard exclusively practices all aspects of implant dentistry, including hard and soft tissue augmentation, sinus grafting and same day implants. He first qualified in 1996 from the University of Dundee. Then in 1999 he gained his Masters degree in Oral Surgery from the University of Sheffield and further extended his clinical qualification in 2001 by completing an 18 month Implant Training Programme. In 2009, he attained a highest honours award in the one year implant master program from University of California Los Angeles/ Gide program. Richard was also one of the first six in the UK to gain The Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh at its first sitting. Through personal experience, I know how vital self-care is. I have designed some classes to allow people to take the much needed time away to relax, which in turn will reduce their stress and anxiety. I feel it is even more crucial now as we are dealing with so much uncertainty around us! What is hypnosis? Well, before you say it, no it isn't turning people into chickens! Hypnosis allows you to go into a deep relaxation. Once in a relaxed state, guided imagery is often used alongside positive suggestions such as "you will have a calmer and more positive week". It is important for me to point out that you remain in complete control throughout the whole experience. Many people have said that they have left feeling totally calm after the experience and it is often seen as a way of escaping from reality for a little while! In my practice I use a combination of techniques and tools to tailor make the experience for your individual and specific needs. I work in an integrative approach and deal with many issues at once as I believe they are all interlinked. I am bound by an ethical framework and I am part of the National Hypnotherapy Society and National Counselling Society. I offer training and 1:1 sessions. Even if you do not decide to go with me, please ask the therapist what qualifications they have, this is something I feel strongly about as when working with you we need to be open and competent in our ability to help you to feel the best you can. Rosey is a RGN, Midwife (lapsed) and Health Visitor. She began her career in aesthetics in 2007 with The Hospital Group and latterly, Transform Medical Group. In 2011, she qualified as an Independent Nurse Prescriber (University of Wolverhampton) and opened her first beauty and aesthetic clinic in West Bridgford, Nottingham. She left the NHS in 2012 and Transform in 2016 with her clinical skills developing to Advanced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Rosey is Director of Pro Aesthetics Ltd and Pro Aesthetics Courses. Both aesthetic treatments and CPD Approved training courses for Doctors, Dentists and Nurses are offered from the Pro Aesthetics clinic in West Bridgford, Nottingham. Her passion for training and level of expertise was recognised whilst attending a course facilitated by Wigmore Medical, London when she was requested to assist the trainer! Rosey was immediately invited to join Wigmore’s esteemed panel of trainers responsible for courses in Introductory and Advanced Dermal Fillers for Doctors, Dentists and Nurses. She continues to facilitate PDO Thread training courses at Wigmore. For as long as I can remember there has always been thread in some form or another in my life. Be it stitching embroidery kits,a french knitting dolly or even hooking a rug when I was a child. I formalized my threadiness with a three year apprenticeship at The Royal School of Needlework at Hampton Court Palace, receiving the best training in all aspects of hand embroidery. From goldwork to bothsides alike with canvas work, stumpwork, beadwork, jacobean and many other wonderful techniques thrown in for good measure. Upon completing my apprenticeship I went to work for Jimmy Choo couture and the Jim Henson Company.
