The Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence course explores the concept of emotional intelligence in detail building upon what you know to give you a much deeper understanding. The course covers the experience of the inner world; how attitudes, beliefs, values and preferences drive behavioural responses and how feelings can be regulated with more effectiveness.

This CPD accredited short course is for everyone who wants to work more effectively with their collaeagues. It will help strengthen personal competencies including listening and communication, understanding and engaging with different perspectives, and working together to create a positive culture in the office or on the shopfloor.

This coaching programme is for aspiring women leaders in higher education, delivered in real time, fully online. Five workshops have been designed to support you in a group environment to work actively towards realising your professional goals, whatever they may look like, focused on leadership at all levels in higher education.
