Between 1998-2002 I have studied and graduated Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Herbology and Tuina) in an incorporate study program between Reidman International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. During these 4 years of study I was privileged to be exposed to many different methods of healing and therapy and took additional classes outside the TCM frame. I’ve graduated Shiatsu therapy and practised daily Qi Gong and meditation. This is when I first experienced and immediately fell in love with Yoga. In 2012, 14 years into my Yoga practice of different styles, I decided that I'm ready to share my love for Yoga, and embarked on many different training: Vinyasa, Prana Flow, Teen Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Naada Yoga including Gong Mastery, Sound Energy Medicine and Kirtan leadership. I am now teaching my own style, a combination influenced by my many teachers and incorporating the full range of disciplines I studied over the years. My aim is to create a space where we can practice yoga in its many aspects and at any level. A place where one can focus on one’s Self and feel safe and capable to allow physical, emotional and spiritual growth.

As a certified Classical/traditional Feng Shui Consultant, I find that Feng shui consultations can reveal a lot about a person in how they are living their lives and thatis reflected in the home/ office. To find a good Feng Shui home is an art and Science that only a consultant knows and finding a home that matches our energy and has good energy in and out is great Feng shui, although it is always the case that we have to remedy some areas as the energy changes annually. I do not use Chinese ornaments in my consultations with western clients as this is not in our culture. I use the 5 elements and bring this into the home in a style that suits the clients taste. Music and Healing has been my life and as a professional musician, I have a bond with my Sound Healing instruments and voice in a special way that enhances the healing process. Crystal Bowls. Himalayan Bowls, Voice, Tuning Forks, and other specialised instruments are used in a bespoke one to one healing or multi instrument Soundbath as a group. As an Energy Healer and Dowser, I work with Earth Acupuncture, Rebalancing environments, spirit release, resolving Geopathic and Geopsychic stress in the home and office, space clearing new homes and EMF surveys and solutions. Before working as an Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapist in the NHS at Greater Glasgow & Clyde I worked at RUSK Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine New York; Challenge Early Intervention Centre Brooklyn NY; and Visiting Nurse Service in NYC. I am currently a freelance physiotherapist and healthcare practitioner based in Killearn, Scotland. My intention is to integrate my knowledge in anatomy, physiology, body biomechanics and neuroscience in Physiotherapy and the Feldenkrais Method of somatic learning in the your care to move with ease and comfort. The five-story structure was designed by KMD Architects with the goal of creating a healing environment. The exterior of the building, veneered in brick and wood resin materials, was designed to be responsive to the surrounding neighborhood, and the construction followed sustainable building practices that received LEED Silver certification from the United States Green Building Council. The interior space of the Osher Center incorporates nature, natural light and fresh air, simply organized spaces, and pleasant colors and textures. Spaces are intimate and friendly and promote relaxation. The Osher Center also includes features not typically found in conventional medical clinics or academic institutions, such as large group rooms for yoga and meditation instruction, the Takahashi Japanese Healing Garden, and treatment rooms for acupuncture, massage therapy, biofeedback, and mind-body awareness. Our facility contributes to the well-being of its staff and faculty occupants and supports the healing process of patients.
