She also  provides Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy on Clinical Trials using psilocybin in the UK, integrating her professional experience from all her passions into her therapeutic practice. After many years of working with the body and witnessing the somatic release of trauma Liz went on to study psychotherapy in order to bring her knowledge of the mind-body in line with her experiences.  She has supported thousands of people through bodywork and counselling yet felt there was a missing piece of the puzzle to her offerings. Then she discovered simple and powerful breathwork techniques, had some deeply profound personal experiences and went on to become a trained Breathwork Facilitator, completing the puzzle.  Liz now holds group and one-to-one sessions online and in-person combining these practices to enhance the healing potential of unifying Body, Mind and Breath. Liz has an ongoing interest in expanded states including breathwork, meditation, psychedelics and shamanic journeying as tools and openings that enhance self-awareness, creativity, connection and therapeutic release. Her experiences in these practices have informed her focus on the integration of her client’s exploration into the Body, Mind and Breath.  She believes that with focus, intention and integration we can prolong the benefits of the work we do on ourselves. Liz has held sharing circles, worked in young people’s mental health and with refugees and has supported people who have experienced domestic abuse and homelessness. Liz developed a special interest in working as a Psychedelic-Integration Psychotherapist and is on the Advisory Board and is the Project Lead for Growthful Networks, the community area for the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy as well as a registered practitioner on their database. She has also faciltated breathwork sessions for the therapists training for the DMT for Depression clinical trial and provides Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy on clinical trial research for psilocybin for mental health conditions.

Hello!! My name is Muge and I am the founder of My Breathing Path! I was born in Istanbul, Turkey and I lived there until 2018. I was working in the Turkish finance industry for more than 10 years and during that time I was suffering from an advanced hernia in my neck. Working in a high stress environment and dealing with lots of problems at the same time, made me a super-achiever. I first came across breathwork in a workshop in 2010. It was extremely powerful but also it was completely different to the other techniques that I had tried before. As I continued to go to the sessions, it helped me to understand my behaviour as a perfectionist and its subsequent consequences for my life, the hernia and my unbalanced relationship with my family, friends and colleagues. After experiencing healing and transformation myself, I decided to become a facilitator. Since 2014, I have been working in the field of Transformational Breath as a Certified Transformational Breath Facilitator in private sessions, workshops and seminars while I continued to work in my finance career. I have experience in working with a wide variety of people – each possessing their own set of needs and goals. My further qualifications, Basic DNA Theta Healing Practitioner and Reiki II Certification are used in conjunction with Transformational Breath sessions to help people reach their potential and achieve their goals. Life is a combination of different journeys and within my new journey in the UK, I look forward to sharing my experiences through transformational breathing sessions with others, who want to discover more about themselves with transformation in their life, increase their self-awareness and live a healthier lifestyle.

We understand that high levels of anxiety and a lack of confidence brought on by difficult or confusing experiences can be one of the highest hurdles to overcome. This can then begin a devastating spiral that can affect a person’s life potential on many levels. The director, Annabelle Padwick has a wide variety of skills, experience and qualifications relating to therapeutic approaches to working with those struggling with anxiety, low confidence and special educational needs. Ethos and approach We are committed to providing a safe, inspiring and nurturing environment that can meet the needs of young people who are struggling in a mainstream setting and adults in day to day life. We are focused on identifying individuals whose anxiety and lack in confidence can mean they are so often overlooked. We aim to empower people through a variety of practical, outdoor and creative activities that not only teach valuable and transferable skills, but that also have a meaningful and therapeutic value. We will foster relationships based on compassion and understand any behaviour is a form of communication of difficult thoughts and feelings. Through this we can begin to help a person have a deeper insight of themselves, which will develop and encourage emotional and social growth, whilst increasing self-awareness. Often, these individuals slip through the net or end up disengaged from school and their wider network, which can have a devastating effect on their lives.
