AKD formed this year as a shop window to the world for delivery of Police, Military and security training, supply of K9 assets and handlers, and establishing a paradigm of operational capability to the very highest of standards. Our highly experienced staff are all specialists in their given fields. Their aim to bring about change in the security and K9 industry to ensure client reputation, exacting standards and safety of the public. AKD look to form strategic partnerships, alliances and in time a collective of security and K9 organisation who work together to provide the best this industry has to offer. Training Quality Assurance AKD are ratified by OCNcredit4learning an internationally recognised accrediting body. Going forward into 2021 OCN will accredit training deliverables assuring quality and competency. Our training material is mapped against the European and UK National Occupational Standards (NOS), British Standards Institute (BSI), Homeland Security Qualification (HSQ), National Occupational Standards, Security Industry Authority (SIA), Skills for Security (SfS), Skills for Justice (SfJ) to ensure sector compliance.

We want to contribute to the improvement of the services offered to vulnerable people of all ages, ethnic background, nationality, gender and sexual orientation. Overall the company's objective is to advance the prosperity of individuals and the wellbeing of their community. SERVICES Our services are co-produced with local people and a range of partners. The partnership seeks to raise the aspirations of the individuals and to unlock the potential of their community, from the youngest to the very oldest , through providing holistic services and opportunities to create a better future. Through our Employability Department we offer support and advice to those who are entering the job market for the first time, for those that are considering transitioning to a new career, and for highly skilled practitioners interested in exploring new opportunities. We recruit from local communities and for local businesses. Head of Department: Daniel Toth For the candidates with language skills gaps, we offer English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) course through our Training Department. Through our Health and Wellbeing Department we offer psychological support and fight isolation and sedentarism. WHO WE ARE Mariam: Salsabeel Young People Projects is a mothers’ initiated project which started in 2017 with their growing concern over their children’s life in today’s society. Based on the positive impact that the project had on the youth over two years, we decided to officialise it and make it charitable. We aim to help all youth from all cultural and religious backgrounds achieve to their full potential. Together, we have organised events with religious leaders and motivational speakers to empower them and help them change what need to be changed in their surroundings and in society.

At The Blossom Theatre Project, we thrive to deliver exciting, engaging classes to help children and young people reach their full potential; not only on stage, but in everyday life. We understand the importance of child development, not only in childhood, but also into early teenage years, and have experienced first hand how vital performing art classes can be in contributing to this development. Drama not only looks at performance skills, but also gives children an outlet for self-expression and the space to explore their imaginations through creative play. Carefully tailored to different age ranges, our classes aim to grow real confidence and self-awareness, develop social and communication skills, instil a sense of excitement and wellbeing, and nurture creativity and a passion for drama. Our classes are always a safe space to explore, be creative, grow, learn, and be loud! And most importantly - have fun.

HOME The Earth Skills Project (TESP) is a community interest company based in North Wales that provides a range of services and activities in the outdoors across North Wales, Cheshire and the Wirral. What does TESP do? TESP provides woodland management services. Creates beautiful, bespoke products from natural materials. Makes and supplies charcoal, firewood & biochar. We also run craft courses in spoon carving and green woodworking. (Found one of our geocache tokens, well done you get 10% discount off the course) We are a family run business with a passion for the outdoors. We use sustainably sourced, natural materials where practical. We always consider the environment and the local wildlife in all of our projects, including our day to day running of the business.

the positive motherhood project

After specializing in, and working with prenatal and postpartum women in the community for five+ years (after the births of my first two children), I started The Motherhood Project in 2019. I was on maternity leave with my youngest and third child, who was four months old at the time. The opportunity presented itself to go out on my own and create a similar environment to the one I was deeply passionate about working in, but with a more diverse and holistic approach. An approach that extends far beyond fitness.
