Target sports for all, assault rifle shooting, axe throwing, archery, crossbow and airgun shooting for all that want to try their hand at it.We can provide assault rifle shooting. That’s real bullets using a semi-automatic rifle. The bullets fly as quick as you can pull the trigger from a 25-round magazine. Our shooting club is home office approved and follows the sports of Lightweight sport rifle and gallery rifle. In the future we intend to provide competitions for people to test their skills against others. For those that have already tried the Assault rifles, we now have new for 2022, a speed shooting activity. Our range is suitable for indoor air gun shooting. We also provide coaching for those that wish to compete on the air gun circuit, including opportunities for postal competitions. We offer training to international level in crossbow shooting through the National Smallbore rifle association and the world crossbow shooting association. Both postal and face to face competitions are available at up to 65 metres distance on away days. Axe throwing is a great sport for beginners to get into, and we have a resident club called the Essex backyard throwers who are always looking for members and again compete both nationally and internationally. For those wanting to get to that standard all it needs is a bit of practice and guidance and look out world. We have a range of Clubs which offer development and time to practise your skills, amongst new friends. In this environment we can provide coaching and training to help you along your way. City Acting Intermediate has been prepared as a follow on from the beginner classes and focuses on scene work while keeping on working on physicality and voice. A Lively, Vibrant Space an art class in a studio in florence italy THE FLORENCE ART STUDIO The Florenceart.net studio is located in a charming ex-monastery, near the ancient town of Anghiari in southern Tuscany. Our independent artist's studio has been active for over 15 years and throughout this time we have produced many commissions and held courses with students visiting this historic region from all over the world. The studio was formerly on Via della Scala, in the historical Palace of the Riblet Bargagli Petrucci in the center of Florence, but moved in 2022 to the new location in the countryside. For those who cannot travel to Italy, we have new online videos for beginners or professional artists to learn art virtually. Classical and Contemporary OUR SPECIALITIES We specialize in antique artisan techniques and skills such as gilding, trompe l'oeil, grisaille, fresco, sgraffito, and grottesca decoration. We create artworks and decoration for interiors, harpsichords, and furniture. We produce fine furniture finishes and decorative art for the interior design industry worldwide. Hannah Jones established the swim school in 2011 after teaching at Esporta for several years and growing a loyal client base through achieving consistently fast improved swimming skills, after Esporta closed Hannah seized the opportunity to set up her own swimming business. We are based at Parkhall Business Village and operate from our own custom built swimming facility, we provide swimming lessons for both children and adults. We work with a variety of abilities varying from non-swimmers to competitive athletes, offering small group, private sessions and specific skill classes such as diving or life saving. We also offer in school holidays Mermaid sessions. Our goal at Hannah Jones Swim Academy is to provide effective teaching, designed to boost your child's water confidence, swimming knowledge, water safety and skills Our groups are arranged according to the swimmers' ability, the children are then assessed to achieve awards based around the Swim England framework. National Champion - Freestyle, Butterfly and Open water. Youth Olympic Champion - Freestyle and Butterfly. British Champion - 5000m Freestyle indoor and Open water events. Hannah was selected to represent Great Britain at a number of International events but due to unforseen circumstances Hannah was unable to continue. Hannah still wanted to pursue a career in swimming and felt that by teaching people to swim she was able to share her experience and knowledge with everyone from absolute beginners to aspiring athletes.

We are House of Pain Academy, one of the most highly regarded professional wrestling academies in the UK. We are uniquely able to prepare you for a career within British Wrestling, with our excellent and established links to touring companies and regional promotions around the UK. The House of Pain ethos is that you will be supported in your wrestling training journey, and whether you would like professional wrestling to be your career in the future, or whether you’re looking for a new hobby, your training will be treated with the same respect and care. We think the Academy offers the perfect blend of a fun environment, and a serious training facility. Its down to the individual as to how they use the opportunities we will make available to them. We are based in Snienton, Nottingham, close to the city centre and with good transport links from other parts of the UK, being close to the M1, Nottingham Railway Station and East Midlands Airport. We run a full time facility, which currently hosts daily classes, 7 days a week, and at least 6 professional shows per month around Nottinghamshire. We hold regular monthly open days for prospective new students to try out Professional Wrestling at the same, in a welcoming environment where they can all learn the first steps together, guided by our trainers and senior members of the academy, after which they are welcome to join in with any of our beginners level classes. My name is Elaine and I love yoga! I've been enjoying yoga myself for about 45 years and teaching for 15 years. My Bicester yoga classes are gentle and mindful. No rushing from posture to posture. We take time to be. My aim when teaching is for you to be comfortable, relaxed and happy. For you to feel calm and confident, free from physical tension and mental stress. Most of the ladies in my classes are in their 50's, 60's and 70's and appreciate the more gentle approach I take in teaching. Classes start with a short period of breath awareness, followed by some gentle warm up movements. Then we enjoy some postures (asanas) often in the form of sequences so you can lose yourself in the soft flow of the movements. We finish with some breathwork (pranayama) and a lovely relaxation leaving you feeling calm and peaceful. I like to drip in little glimpses of the philosophy behind yoga and will sometimes share a short reading or poem to enhance the mood of the class. In addition, I integrate aspects of mindfulness into my teaching. Whilst none of us can remove the stresses from our lives, we can develop coping mechanisms to avoid tension building physically, mentally and emotionally. Yoga can help you release tight muscles and improve your sense of balance physically and mentally. You learn to unravel the knots of physical, mental and emotional tension and gain a greater sense of wellbeing. Let your yoga class be an oasis of calm in a busy life... like pressing a pause button .. time to unwind and refresh.
